Metro is good track
Only second time I played but a fun track. Fairways are a little thin in places but greens are big and good shape. Can be extra hard I’d there is wind. A walkable course only a few tees a jaunt from the green.
Very nice facility
Great value and nice facility. Great training areas. Staff was super friendly.

Price for a round of golf
This is a very well designed golf course, but the price is way too high ... Especially on the weekends ... I can play on nicer courses for a lot less ... Only problem.with that is with the cost of gasoline to drive there ...
Seen better days
Played here before covid; always a busy place in good condition.
Seems like things have been let go, more like a pasture course than I ever remember. Crabgrass is everywhere, and it's hard to find any decent grass in the fairways. The ruff is really ruff, uncut, and overrun with weeds Greens are still good, but the tee boxes are hard as asphalt, and general upkeep and maintenance is nonexistent.
The range is sad,too. The grass-hitting area is beat to death, hard to find any turf worth hitting from.
I suppose if you're into an 18th-century experience, it's really more like original Scottish courses might have been, and if that's your thing, you'll have a great time.
Air-rated greens
The word had to be out about the air-rated greens .. Course is usually packed with Ssturday golfers .. it wasn't.. Plus, the greens were VERY slow, fuzzy greens ... They were not mowed ..

greens were slow but, in good shape. fairways had too many dirt spots. The grass around the greens were over grown. Making it difficult to put when of the green. Sand traps were in poor condition.
