Flat, easy to walk
I had to use a car this time, but it is an easy course to walk. Hole six is being worked on, but was no major in convenience.
not very accommodating
Had a pre paid tee time of 11:50 am, checked in at 11:55 and the staff was not very accommodating they did not look to get us on only option given was to re schedule for 5:00 pm or forfeit out payment.
Poor kept golf course
Not a great course as the greens and fairways are not well kept. Good beginners course since it's short and cheap to play, but very narrow fairways so it's actually a somewhat difficult course.
We got there 6 minutes late and they charged us an extra $5 per person. Since it was a $5 per person green fee off golfnow, this was a little ridiculous. I've been slightly late to tee times off golfnow before, but this is the first time a course has charged extra. I wasn't pleased since the only reason I came here was for the hot $5 deal.
Fremont golf
I got deal from Golfnow for $5/rounds. The fairway is not in the very best conditions. There were lots of duck p**p all over the place. The cart path was very muddy and sometimes hard to locate. It's not the best golf course around. The tee box was very poor and full of divots. The greens could use some work. Its a good practice facility for players looking to play links style.
Green is good
This course is worth values to play! We play once a week at least.
Bring some Balls!
This course have improved over the two years I have golfed at this course. ( maybe a change of ownership?). The challenge of this course is keeping your balls on the fairway and out of the protected
Wildlife sanctuaries. The pace of was decent, but there was not a Marshall in sight.
Overall this is a good beggining course, but it looks like they are in the process of transitioning into a better, more maintained 9 hole course.
Good for practice
Had a couple of hours to kill, and wanted 2 work on my iron play. Although the 9-hole track had 4 par 4s, You dont have to bring more than a hybrid really. #9 is the longest hole and a driver, 8 or 7-iron will get u home. Young girls at check-in & bar/concessions were nice, which was different than my past experiences with uppity older staff.
Don't expect too much, work on your short game, and you'll be fine; especially w/ GolfNow pricing!

Good course to sharpen you game
played 9 mainly to hit a bunch of shots with a new gap wedge. As anyone that has played here, this is probably the toughest executive course in the area. But good to sharpen you game. Course was in surprisingly good condition (they must have a good supply of water). Not many people on a weekday, which allowed me to hit a lot of practice shots with my new wedge.
Cheap afternoon golf
The course was in pretty good shape. Many tee boxes had been moved or were under maintenance so the yardage seemed to be off on some holes. Greens were in pretty good shape with more ball marks than average. Expected the course to be very windy but it was perfect weather with a light breeze. Can't beat $10 in the afternoon. Lax environment with a lot of beginners and people working on their game on the course so the pace is a little slow but nice for the beginner to intermediate casual player. Make sure to bring some extra balls.
Fremont course
poor course maintenance. The fairways are quite narrow and make it very challenging and expect to lose a lot of balls.
greens are fast and slick
good course, but you will find beginner player on this track
Great for the price
Course is under repairs, but overall a lot of fun. Great course layout
Great quick round with challenges for low handicappers and beginners alike
Excellent value: $9 on an afternoon for 9 holes. Course was in good condition and pace was acceptable. There are a lot of water hazards that challenge the better player going for the greens, but holes are not so challenging that a beginner can't have fun. Overall a course I would play again when I have a couple hours free.
very challenging
The course is very challenging. but needs attention .the pace of play for me was terrible! !! i was caught between two groups of 2 &3 there pace of play was slower than a snail in a wheel chair.there was no course monitor and the golfers have no course etiquette at all. for me weekends i will not go anymore.
Make sure you have your "A" game with you
The fairway/low-rough areas are rather narrow. If you have a tendency to mis-hit your drives or long irons, you will venture into areas that are, by local rules, inaccessible. Most of the holes have areas that are "protected" areas so you are not allowed to play or even retrieve balls hit beyond the marked areas. This led me to a record number of lost balls - and this is a 9 hole course.
On the positive side, the fairway and low rough are well plush, green and well maintained. But, the unforgiving nature of the course layout made it a rather frustrating, as opposed to relaxing, day. Most of the holes are short-to-medium par 3's. But, with all the penalties you have to take if you are like me (a novice golfer), you will be challenged to get very many legitimate par's, or even bogies.
Anyway, I will have to get my game much sharper before I take on this course again. This course will certainly help you sharpen your short game. So, as I said implied, bring your Accurate shots with you when you visit this place.
this course has a high risk reward layout.
the fairways were in very bad shape, a lot of dry dirt patches on the fairways and in front of the greens. even if you hit it down the middle you will have a challenging second shot from the dirt or dry grass. some of the tee boxes also dry and in poor condition.
Hot deal green fee is great.
This course has been designed like an executive 9 short hole course, but needs to keep it better conditions than now.
Just an average golf course grass mosly dry
Need attention on dry grass and trees. Just an average golf course grass mosly dry.
bad condition
Areas were soggy you couldn't walk through to hit your ball no grass on most fairways. Tee boxes had no level spot to hit from. It was so bad we walked off on the 3rd hole. I've played there many times in the past and enjoyed it. But never again.
