Chans revenge is that you have to tee it up in a barren wasteland. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

It's your "lucky day" at #12, advance up 150 yards from the tee, making this par 5 a poor excuse for a par 4, but do not pass go and do not collect 200 dollars Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

On #4 the bunker, the fairway, the greenside rough have combined forces to become one super bunker. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

So, Mr Deer Creek staff member, you're trying to tell me all the courses in the Metro Denver area look like this... yeah.. sure. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

Great metro course, very affordable
Very nice track. Well maintained even in the first week of March. The front and back 9s are very distinct and it's an enjoyable round.
Fan
Fan of the track. The starter is the man! Narrow greens and the course allows risk/reward shots.
I think the front is much tougher than the back.
5+ hours
The course was in excellent shape given that we are in the late fall. Greens were really nice and true.
There is no marshals/players assistant to be found. The group in front of us was 45 minutes out of position and not once did we see anybody come around. The staff and the pro shop was too busy talking on cell phones with personal calls to pay attention. The course and facilities are great value the staff is lacking.
.
Great track!
Nice course away from the city. Good rates and friendly staff. Bunkers need more sand however. Like hitting hard pan under 1/4 inch of dirt. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!
Nice Course
Nice course tough but fair. Staff very friendly. Also excellent customer service. Hope to play again next time I'm in town.
PGA course
Let’s start off by saying it’s a great course for intermediate golfer myself included.
Enjoyed the long par 5 because it’s a challenge that gives you to push yourself of driving the ball straight and in the fairways.
The dislike was that I saw the beer cart twice once the beginning of the course and at the 17th hole. Keep in mind it was on a Saturday morning tee time at 10ish time. I will return and play again with coworkers because of the layout and scenery. Thanks for reading this and hope this help
Sad deterioration - not worth the $
I’m so glad I didn’t join the club when they originally opened and went begging for members. Ownership has let this course deteriorate so badly. Sad trips and cart paths are especially bad. It’s too bad when the sad trips are tighter concrete than the cart paths.
Unfortunate Pace of Play
Actually a pretty nice, challenging course with great views, but unfortunately it’s regularly ruined by pace of play. They offer a great $40 tee time, which really is a great value, but after my 3rd time taking 2.5 hours to complete 9, I’ve decided it’s just not worth it anymore since they do NOTHING to manage pace of play. The older gentleman in the pro shop has a real attitude problem too. While the course itself is great, in my opinion, it’s just worth the hassle.
Great experience
Great course. Need to keep the tee shot in the fairway to score low
Challenging!
This course is great if you're looking for a challenge. Narrow fairways, island greens, lots of houses around the back 9. There is little forgiveness along the edge of the fairway as the vegetation is high surprisingly high and there are marshy areas on nearly every hole. Greens were a little faster than I was accustomed to.
The course is laid out well and in really good shape. The staff was friendly enough.
I wouldn't play here weekly. But it's definitely on my list to play again!
Great fun course
First time playing and loved it! Will be going back
Nice layout- different than most front range Colorado courses.
It was a pleasure to arrive at the course and see trees. While there are not enough to seriously impede your game they are a relief to the eye and occasionally require some thought off the tee. Challenging layout from back 2 tees. Significantly easier from Silver and Green tees. So everyone should find a tee location to suit their ability. Do not over estimate your prowess off the tee or the round will be torturous for you and groups behind you.
Great fall golf
Fun, challenging course in excellent condition, especially given it is mid-October.
Good course
Good course for the money. Fairways and greens were excellent. Worst driving range I have ever seen on a course as good as this one. They also charge for balls.
