Chans revenge is that you have to tee it up in a barren wasteland. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

I didnt see in the yardage book that theres actually a hazard short of 10 green, I must've missed it. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

It's your "lucky day" at #12, advance up 150 yards from the tee, making this par 5 a poor excuse for a par 4, but do not pass go and do not collect 200 dollars Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

On #4 the bunker, the fairway, the greenside rough have combined forces to become one super bunker. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

So, Mr Deer Creek staff member, you're trying to tell me all the courses in the Metro Denver area look like this... yeah.. sure. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

Challenging but fun
Beautiful course. Front and back 9 different personalities Front follows the creek up then down, with lots of intimidating tee shots over long "environmentally sensitive" areas, side slope and elevation changes. Back goes between homes at first then finishes along the flatter terrain of the lower creek. I am not from the area but hope to play again someday.
Enjoyed the Course
Deer Creek can be as long and difficult as you want with the choice of tees. Course is in great shape.
Good course
Tough course where ball placement is key. Course provides some awkward lies which can be testing. Course was in good shape overall. Greens were soft enough to hold a good iron shot and rolled pretty true. I will be playing here again.
The course was in great shape and the deal was awesome. It is challenging as there is a lot of trouble to be found on every hole. But as always if, if you hit decent shots, you will score well. This course is not overplayed as many others. Thanks
Good track, great value
I hate to write this because I don’t want them to raise the price, but you can not find a better course for the price - anywhere.
$40 with a cart on a course like this is unheard of. It is difficult with enough variety to keep you interested. If the course wasn’t right on the highway it would be over $100.
Amazing, challenging, accomodating; will be back!
First of all, the greens are in the best shape I've ever seen. The staff here was super friendly, the new menu was impressive and delicious! Pace of play was surprisingly quick despite how busy they seemed to be that day! Impressed with speed, service and general course structure. Will be back!
Best shape ever!
Best value around- course is in immaculate shape and getting better each time I play here. Staff is friendly and efficient. Practice facilities are small but terrific. I really want to thank the course staff, especially the grounds crew for making this course what it is now. Deer Creek is a great layout, even when its crowded the pace flows well - did not have to wait to take shots. I am so grateful and consider this my favorite go to course. Thanks Deer Creek staff! Also - a joy to see a coyote and all the birds. Perfect blend of mountains, wildlife and golf close by! Please do keep up the great work!
Very tricky course and you need to be on your game
I am fast growing in love with this course that I did not play as I thought it was simple, not a bog deal mini. It is darn fun, lots of interesting holes, some good length, indeed a challenge but, fine for the average player also if they T it forward
Pace of play is terrible
Played here many times and just gets worse. 3 hours to play the front 9. Guy in the pro shop was rude and too busy to answer basic questions. Way overpriced for the course and delays. Plenty of other places to play for less and have a better experience.
Know your yardage
Nice layout and in good shape for early April. The back nine have a lot of carry shots so beware of your yardage’s and bail out areas or you can rack up a score quick
I’ve played this course 3-4 times and I enjoy it very much. This course is challenging yet doable. With 5 sets of tees you should be able to play to your handicap while enjoying your round.
Deer Creek in the Winter
Living a little closer to DTC this gem surprised me when I first played at Deer Creek in June. Its a beautiful course in the Summer time, and with Winter well, its Winter, what do you expect.
Staff are always kind.
Challenging in someways, others not. Back Nine'll kick your rear, if you let it.
Return Customers!
My husband and I love to golf at Deer Creek. We recently purchased their membership and we are excited to call it our summer home. Course is in great shape for February but sad to hear about the driving range. Pace of play was a bit slow but course was packed before the snow hit.
My only complaint is....
First impressions always stays with you!!
The gentleman working in the pro shop wasn't
friendly at all. Didn't smile!! Didn't fell welcome
there.... Maybe he wasn't felling good???????
Too slow
Love the course in incredible condition for Colorado in December. Pace of play is way to slow. 4 hours 30 minutes on a Tuesday in December stinks. We waited on every shot through out the round
