Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club is nestled within a peaceful residential community, but the course is open to the public. Located in southeastern Denver on the border of Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, the golf course offers stunning views of the Rockies from nearly every hole. Arthur Hills designed the course, crafting a traditional links layout that has appeal for players of all skill levels. There are some challenges in store with more than 60 strategically placed bunkers and several lakes coming into play. The rolling terrain also provides a variety of elevation changes in addition to the incredible mountain views. The challenges of the golf course are nicely balanced by wide, accommodating fairways. The dramatic setting coupled with the interesting layout has built Heritage Eagle Bend's reputation as one of the best places to play golf in Colorado.

Great Course
I don't think they have started to water quite yet. Cart path only due to how dry it was which left us a little longer. Would've been better to walk it. Can't wait until it gets green and hopefully they water soon
Early March Conditions Marginal
Heritage Eagle is a nice track. But in early March conditions very dry and brittle. Cart path only to protect grass made for lots of walking, slow play and really diminishes quality of game. Cost was discounted to reflect poor conditions.
Wonderful fair but challenging course
No weak holes. Lots of elevation changes. No real blind shots
Nice course
Pace of play was a little slow.
The two restrooms were closed. Not good.
There was no drinking water on corse.
Brief Comment
The course is in good condition. The greens are fast and challenging.

Heritage eagle bend
Great course that you can find great deals on golf now. Pace of play on the Saturdays that I have played was miserable, 5 hours plus, teeing off at 2:30. Went out as a 2some and after the first hole waited a long time on every shot. There was a 2some of members in front of us, they never suggested teaming up as a foursome even though we were at the box on every hole with a foursome in front of them. Ranger help after teeing off was nonexistent. Said there was a beverage cart on the course, never saw it. Other than that the course is in excellent condition.
Very Well Maintained
This is a course we would play again. It is well maintained and some some layout on certain holes. Would play again. Got rained out of last nine so they were very nice to give us a rain check.
Twilight at its finest
The course is in great shape. The greens are super fast and very smooth. Kudos to the greenskeer and their staff. The entire course is in the best shape all season!
Great Golf Now value
Couldn't pass up the opportunity to play at fantastic Golf Now rate offer and beautiful weather conditions! Had a great time with three other Golf Now fans who had the same feeling I had about it being too beautiful a day and too good a deal to spend the day working. Course conditions are about as good as I've ever seen them and I've played here since the course opened in about 1999. More challenging as I age, but always fun to play and meet that challenge. Don't pass on this one!
Great Course/Challenging
I loved this course. Big fairways with strategic bunkers. Had to drive it well. Definitely will play this one again.

Great course bad pace
Old dudes have to putt like its a tournament ! Slow slow slow. Starter was nice but should worry about pace of play. They gave us a few beers and glass that ment a whole bunch!!! Thank you! Loved the lay out greens need less sand on them
Gorgeous
It was a fabulous day of golf. Gene in the pro shop was great. The starter was awesome. Everyone was super great. The course is gorgeous.
I will be playing there many more times for sure.
Great for the money
Overall course was in great shape, greens still need a little work...little spotty and bumpy. Pace of play ok, 4:45 min round, like to stay around 4.

Fun course, great condition and excellent price. Pace of play was a little slow but it's golf !
Good course, don't expect to walk it
A great hot deal lured me to this course. Navigation sent me via E-470, $$$.
With marginal weather, the course was pretty empty. This allowed me to walk (NOT generally allowed), which was fun. The layout was stimulating. The houses initially seemed tight, but eventually you realize they're fine, although you sort of feel like lots of folks might be watching you. #8 was particularly fun. #12 & #15 were good par 3s. #11 & one of the other 5s had an unexpected mid-hole flag that was initially confusing when you don't know the course. The long rough was very challenging to hit out of and hard to find balls in - you may find yours by stepping on it. Don't expect too many yardage markers, it's better to bring a charged up GPS device. Some pins are blind, so a laser range finder might leave you wondering (e.g. #11, #16, #18).
4h 20 was fine for walking, even going & playing stroke & distance after being unable to locate a few wayward shots in tall rough...given the emptiness of the course that day.
The 19th hole was nice, especially if you catch happy hour. The staff was friendly.
