Coyote Run Golf Course
About
Located just 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, Coyote Run Golf Course is one of the area's best golf values. At just under 6,478 yards from the back tees, the course is challenging enough for the scratch golfer but gentle enough for less advanced players to approach with confidence. Each of the three tees offers a unique look and feel, providing plenty of variety. Water plays a prominent role on the golf course, coming into play on a total of 11 holes beginning with the opening hole. The tee shot on this par 4 requires a carry over water to a generous landing area. Careful course management and skillful approaches to the sloped greens are the key to doing well on this layout. Coyote Run G.C. also boasts a lighted driving range with grass tees and four target greens, practice putting and chipping greens, and even a three-hole practice course.

The course was in great condition.
The course layout and condition was good. The traps were well maintained. I played this course one other time after and it was the same.
Fun course 50 min from Chicago
Reviews led me to this course. Nice course, good conditions. Walkable Second time playing, almost year separation, consistently good
Excellent Memorial day
Greens were a little beat up on some holes.but all in all the course was in good shape. Pace of play was fantastic for a holiday .Staff was very friendly.
Nice round
Been hearing for years this is a must play and was not disappointed. Great course at a great price and had a great time.
Always a great experience
This is one of the great municipal golf courses in the Chicagoland area. The course is a little short, but that makes it great for walking. The conditions are always top notch. The pace of play for a municipal course that is as busy as Coyote Run, is really good. The food at the clubhouse is very good. I like to play Fridays due to the great value.
Always well maintained.
We have played this course often. There are a few holes that can hurt you but overall it is not very difficult. But it is always enjoyable, well maintained and nicely laid out. It can be crowded but the pace of play was well under 4 hours.
Excellent Course
Great course, pricier than most in the area, but well worth it. This course is always well maintained, and the plce is excellent. I play here regularly and would highly recommend it.
The course was "squishy" but playable. Was shocked at how the ground could be so soggy, yet still have the greens run so quick.
Looking forward to more rounds here this summer.
