Great course with good scoring opportunities
No matter what tees you play this is a fun track. Rough isn't to penal and the fairways give you some great roll. Greens roll well with some sneaky break to them.
Pristine fairways and even better maintained greens.
Ive always enjoyed playing this course. Although it seems like they've put some extra time and effort into maintaining it. The 3rd hole is my favorite one in Kentucky. A par 5 that favors a right-hander with a bit of a slice. Im a pretty bad golfer but I always find a way to par this hole. Great course!
Great public course tucked away outside Lexington
Beautiful and well maintained course that offers shots of all different shapes and rewards golfers for staying in the fairway off of the tee.
This is the nicest layout that I have played on around Lexington.
The course was in great shape for the early part of the golf season. It has generous fairways and large greens. It is a good test of shot making on some of the holes, since you will face some tee shots that do require good placement to attack some of the pins. I would play this course every week if given the chance.
Excellent course, challenging but not crazy.
Great day on the course took 1.5 hours to play the front and holes were in good shape for the time of the year. Greens rolled well, one Green was a little bit bumpy but given the time of the year that was more then acceptable
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cost was reasonable for what we recieved.
Great Day if only a few puts would have dropped
great course
I've played several times at this course.
This course is great. nice fairway and green.
Pretty good course
This is a relatively open course with a variety of holes. The greens had been aerated a week or two before I played, so they were somewhat bumpy and inconsistent, but they are just fine otherwise. I liked the short par 4s on this course. Both promoted a choice between safer layup options and going for the green. The scenery was nothing special, but the design was pretty good. Overall fun to play.
Good course that needs better management
It's always a good course to play but we ran into a lot of groups of 2. Also the grill was closed on a Saturday. There is barely anybody there to run the course.
