Favorite Course in the Region
Lovely views, mature trees throughout course, greens well maintained. some water features and not too many sand traps! Staff is very accommodating.
Great course
Staff was super friendly and accommodating… Since it was my first visit they provided a free yardage book.. I saw some forward tee boxes that were under repair but, all the back tee boxes were in good shape… When back in the area I will definitely play again…
Respite from the heat
What an afternoon of golf. Hannah kept us well hydrated. The greens were soft and rolled true. The pace of play was fine. Thanks Prescott!
The course is in horrible shape
I have been golfing here for over 40 years. I have never seen it in this bad of shape. The tee boxes are basically a mix of lumpy dirt and sand, the fairways are dead for all practical purposes and the rough is full of weeds. The strange thing is the greens are very nice. I have no idea how you can maintain the greens while letting the rest of the course die.
Decent shape, fun and a little challenging
Greens and fairways mostly decent shape. Tee boxes were horrible! Half were dirt and 3 did not have all the markers. I do like this course and staff is very nice. Will play again. Price is about as high as I would pay for a public course that is not in excellent shape.
North and south course good for seniors
It's always been great to play here the south or the north course. But this time the battery start running out of the cart I called them on the 15th and on the 16th then I had to walk with my heavy saddlebags and I have a very bad chronic back pain on settling this is the first time in 18 years this has happened but I still rate this course great
Improved in 2 weeks
I played this course about 2 weeks ago and the course conditions have improved. Still dry spots here and there. The greens were exceptional and really fast. This was a day of free rounds to the juniors who were going to participate in a tournament held there for the next 2 days. We still completed our round in 4 hours.
Somewhat disappointed
Over the last five years I have played this course many times. I prefer the South course given the opportunity as the North course is a bit long for me. I have never seen the North course as dry as it was yesterday. Many of the teeboxes were really torn up and some were temporary. The greens remain really challenging because of their speed. My advice is to always keep the ball below the hole.
