McCullough's Emerald Golf Links
About
The golf course at McCullough's Emerald Golf Links is an 18-hole, public course that is situated within minutes of Atlantic City. Designer, Stephen Kay decided to pay tribute to famous European golf courses such as St. Andrew's in his design. The European influences are reflected in the open fairways, tricky strong winds, and undulating greens. The golf course also boasts the region's only 100-feet elevation changes.
McCullough's Emerald Golf Links' signature hole is the seventh; it is also the course's most unique. The hole features hazards like large bunkers and wide, rolling fairways. Water hazards also come into play on five holes. The acclaimed golf course is challenging but it does provide a truly unique golfing experience.

Great course- a taste of St. Andrews! Only suggestion is a better course map as there are numerous blind shots.to landing areas. Do not miss playing this course!
Listen to the starter
We enjoyed playing this course. There are many blind shots, so listen to the starters instructions. The course plays long and we played the combo, which is still quite long for us near 70 y.o.
The wind plays a part in almost every hole. And being a links style course there is very little shade, except a couple holes on the vack 9
Some of the tee boxes were a little rough, and there were a few burned areas in the fairways. The greens were mostly in good shape but were slow. But that's to prevent them from burning up in the summer heat.we started as a 4some, but we played ahead after the turn, and there wasn't anyone in front of us, so pace of play on the back 9 was excellent. 1 hour 10 minutes.
The starter and the ranger were great assets to this courses. We intend to play it again in cooler weather in the fall.
Interesting layout, friendly staff
Had a nice day, weren't rushed at all, windy conditions made for a nice challenge. Some of the tee boxes could have a bit more info as it's not always clear where you're trying to hit to with parallel fairways and blind tee shots. Overall enjoyed it, was a good layout for my wife who is still a beginner and doesn't hit very far. Staff was great.
amazing
Great conditions highly recommend playing here . We’ll worth the money
Great value course for the shore area. The course was in very good condition, the greens ran true and the layout is unique given it was built on an old landfill. A few blind tee shots add to the challenge along with some wind. If you want to play a fun shore course without breaking this is the place to play.
Nice course good layout ,normally play here in spring and fall due to being wide open with no shade
