Course layout
Fun course. Taken care of well. Hard to navigate for a person who doesn’t play there often.
The course has freat features
I thoroughly appreciate the course layout. It offers a great balance, presenting challenging holes with substantial valleys in between, yet compensates with strategically placed shorter distances to level the playing field
Wildcat Highlands
Considering the rain that the Houston area had gotten the day before, cart path only was the play. Course was in great shape for this time of year. My only negative is one of carts was experiencing GPS issues which forced my playing partners to move forward on the course with the cart in reverse to trick the system. It wasn’t until the 17th green that we received a system wide message about GPS. Overall, a good day on the course.
Always Enjoy
Wildcat Highlands or Lakes you can’t go wrong. Fun course and some holes are especially challenging.
Good to play
Occasionally we had played with locals
He told me where to hit, which was really helpful. May difficult to play first time.
Nice Tracks was pretty wet when I was there
I would recommend golfing both courses. They are quite different courses with nice Layout’s
Was very wet when I played but course was very playable.
Ya hit the ball here
Worked out great as a single golfer
Course was wet so no cart to ball but wasn’t bad at all
Golfed both 18’s
Worth the money for sure
Windy Day
Nice course everything was in good shape. It was a windy day on a links style course. If my memory is correct the only green that was in poor shape was 18 , with range balls all over the left side of the faraway .
Great Round
Highlands course was in surprising good shape overall for the Houston summer. No complaints at all. Good course, good atmosphere, friendly staff and amenities.
Excellent course
I’ve played here multiple times and have had an incredible experience every time. Course conditions are always good pace of play never seems to be an issue
