BEAUTIFUL COURSE
THIS COURSE WAS VERY PRETTY. STAFF WAS GREAT AND FRIENDLY.
COURSE EVEN OPENED UP SNACK SHOP FOR US AFTER IS WAS CLOSED. MADE US FRESH FOOD.
THANKS AGAIN TO A GREAT 18 HOLES OF GOLF
Has potential
The front nine needs a little TLC but the back makes up for ti. Great views and fun to play.
Type of course
Ok front 9. Challenging back 9 and what a view over looking snow canyon state park on the back 9
Great Golf At The Ledges
As always, we enjoyed 18 thrill packed holes. The weather was perfect. Some day I'll learn how to play # 16, or at least be "lucky".
The course looks a little dry right now. We need some rain!
The staff here goes out of their way to be friendly and are always pleasant. We'll be back soon!
First time at The Ledges
Very nice course. Played the blue tees and felt the course was very fair. Has some very challenging holes. Most holes have a pretty good landing area for the tee shot. The greens were good but firm. The ball did not stop quickly.
Ledges
Fun course. The front nine is flat with a lot of straight shots. The back nine is more interesting and challenging. Don't go in the bunkers! They are full of rocks.
The Ledges
First time there, met with a great and accommodating staff. Though the course was busy, we had above average paced round. The course was a challenge but the greens were a real test almost too much for a high handicap golfer like my self. Over all this was one of thee best courses I ever played! I do highly recommend this course !
Will play here again
Did not know what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised. This is a very fun and beautiful golf course.
The greens are tough, not going to lie about that! But the course was in great shape.
A must play St. George course
Difficult. Fast and undulating greens that are well-defended by bunkers. If you find yourself in a green side bunker, your sand shot could very easily end up in another one on the opposite side. Gorgeous views on the back 9.
Best Staff Ever!
The staff here is always friendly and very accommodating.
Fantastic mountain views
This is a great course to play. Bring along a camera for the back 9.
Good Golf Course
Good Value for the area, course conditions could have been better, but was still pretty good for the middle of January. I would go back without question. Pace of Play was great.
Tale of two nines
Definetely a tale of two completely different 9 holes. The first nine being relatively open and straight forward. The back nine getting a little more challenging with incredible views of Snow Canyon. The staff is very helpful and the crew is on top of their game, they meet you at your vehicle both coming and going. Definetely one of the more enjoyable rounds in the St. George area.
Wonderful Play
The fairways were like groomed carpets, no dirt or big divots. Missed shots playable. LOTS of sand, and fun side slope shots. Tricky but "funhouse" greens. Loved the GPS (more fun than help for me). Kinda like a Super Country Club through Golf Now Deal. Back was worth it. Long cart drives, some holes had blind shots that were fun.
Best value in St. George
Played Sunday morning and booked thru Golfnow.com as a single. Caught up to a trosome within 2 holes and played with them the rest of the round which was a good thing because their local knowledge helped my game immensely!! Quite a few blind shots and some holes were rather challenging. Front nine was like a prairie course and the back nine was "hold on to your hats - this baby has some elevation". Beautiful views of the Snow River Canyon on the back nine that can be somewhat distracting. Staff was among the most helpful and friendly I have ever experienced. I'll definatly be back to this course!!!
Fairways like carpet
Beautiful condition and surroundings, great weather in mid-October. Pace of play was good, course fairly busy on weekday. Front 9 wide open, back was truly spectacular with many interesting holes and views. Only negative note was the lack of any markers, distance guides, markers on fairway sprinkler heads or GPS in cart. It was a guess as to where we were, distance to pins etc. For 1st timers on this course, it made us slower and also put us at a disadvantage. Otherwise beautiful course, in excellent condition.
Never expected it to be so nice
The course is in great condition, as challenging as you want and the views make it hard to concentrate on your next shot. The staff was the best and we met some incredible people
the course was in excellent condition
The only negative was the flags were all the same color so it difficult to determine if the pins were front, middle or back
Nice course, beautiful views
The Ledges is a very pleasant course with wide fairways in excellent condition. There could be more variation in the holes. Many of them look similar. Pace of play is very good and the staff is very friendly. Overall it was a pleasant golfing experience.
Best value in st. George
