Wonderful setting
Course is very scenic, as well as a challenge. One of the best in the area
Sweet course on Lake Manassas
Played on a Monday afternoon and the parking lot and driving range were packed. But to my surprise our twosome stayed at two and the pace was perfect, no one slowed us down and no group nipped at our heels. The course layout is hilly with exceptional greens, bunker complexes and wonderful water views at every corner. Can’t wait to play it again.

4 groups of ppl between 16th Tee and 16th Green
Good, but could be fantastic
Challenging course, fun layout. Fairways and greens were very hard. For some reason, there were very few rakes for traps. Sand was shallow

Always love playing stonewall
Always enjoy playing stone wall. Great course layout, always in great shape. A lot of hole variety and one of the most scenic courses in the area. A couple of tight fairways lined with houses, but other than that can’t complain. One of the better public courses in the area!

Stonewall is an excellent course and the staff is friendly
Its a very nice course. The only drawback this time was the greens had been been aerated and sanded, so not optimal conditions.

Typical round for winter day in NoVA
NoVA winters are cold cold but not arctic cold. Like most other courses in the mid-Atlantic, courses do not receive active maintenance in the winter months. So it is par for the course (pun?) for courses to be in somewhat worn and beat up shape during the winter months. This round was one of them.
