Seaview - The Pines Course
About
The lesser known of the two 18-hole courses at the Seaview is the Pines Course. It originally started as a nine-hole course but another nine-hole course was added later and the two courses were eventually combined to form the Pines Course. The course has a par of 71 and it is 6,731 yards from the back tees.
Seaview's Pine Course doesn't provide scenic views but it does offer a good game. Some even prefer the Pines course because of its quiet location behind the resort's hotel and also because of its more challenging features. The golf course has tight fairways lined with trees, medium-sized greens that are undulating, and strategically placed bunkers.

An osprey on the course Photo submitted by Joefie on 02/15/2013
I've now played both courses, prefer the Ocean Course but Pines was satisfactory.
Decent resort course. Traps could have been improved with more and better sand. Rough was challenging. In pretty good shape considering the drought.
The View
Upon arrival, seemed as though short handed. There was no one to help with bags, the gentlemen that were there were not very nice.
The course was amazing!
Very, very good course
Greens, fairways , course layout are excellent. The tee boxes are woefull. And, the sand traps née lots of work. In the end, it’s still a fun and challenging course, worth your while.
Still one of our favorite local golf courses. Greens/fairways & sand traps in good shape but can't say the same for most of the tee boxes. Having a ranger out there to keep things moving wouldn't hurt either. Overall, good experience.
The course is in great condition
It was a challenging course. Greens and fairways are in good shape, a bit narrow on some holes
Would not honor price
Staff refused to honor Golf Now price for a single walk on.
Good course but overpriced
Good course but overpriced. They did have water stations throughout the course but we had a designated time we had to be in at night.
