Great Course
One of the best in Louisville area. Challenging but fair course. If you stay out of the long stuff you can score, else take lots of balls! Will definitely play again.
Father’s Day treat
Amazing golf course definitely worth the drive. The staff was super kind. The greens were super and the layout was beautiful. The par threes on the back are spectacular.
What a Wonderful Day
Played Chariot Run for the first time today with my brother and nephews. The weather was wonderful; the facilities are top notch (more like you would find at a 3-digit green fee facility); staff was friendly, as were the other golfers; the course was fair but reachable. If you play from the Blues or Blacks, this course will give you run for your money; if you are a senior or a super-senior, the tees allow to also be hitting approaches from 8 irons and below. Put this on your list of must play public courses - it is worth the trip if you live in the mid-Ohio valley.
Great course
This is a challenging course . Greens are fast with lots of Heather surrounding you
Chariots Run
By far the best Golf Course in southern Indiana. A tough test for an average golfer.
Indiana’s best course for the money
It took longer today than usual because of wet conditions and cart path only restrictions but still say 5he best golf for the money. In the area.
Gem of a course
I drove 45 miles to Chariot's Run because i had heard great things. The course did NOT disappoint and was well worth the drive! I will definitely play again and make the trip on a regular basis.
spectacular winter round.
loved it. we’l do it again in a heartbeat when the temperature cooperates
Expensive but Beautiful for Late November
Played on Black Friday to get a last round in for the year. Course was packed, but pace of play wasn’t awful. The course was in near perfect condition for late Fall. Tees and fairways were plush and perfect. Greens were slightly browning but rolled perfect. A touch expensive ($45) for a post 1pm tee time in fall, but the course condition made up for it.
Still awesome in November
What can I say? Chariot Run is by FAR my favorite course in the Louisville, Southern Indiana area. While the course is showing signs of wear due to being late in the season, the conditions are still much better than any public course in the area. If you are in the area, you simply MUST play this course. It will definitely become one of your favorites, and if you’re military or retired military, $29 Monday through Thursday is the most amazing value.
Best bang for your buck
First time playing Chariots Run, and I am already making plans to return! The greens are in incredible shape, along with the fairways, and rough (unfortunately had a decent amount of experience here).
Awesome Course, But...
This is an awesome course, but...
1). Cumbersome to get to
2). Links style course which offers little relief from the sun
However...
1). Excellent Facility
2). Very nice carts with awesome on board features
3). Free range balls before tee time
4). Reasonable Price
5). Very Enjoyable & Challenging
Great quality of course for the money
Beautiful course. GPS on carts helps a ton with first time playing at the course. Hard to find a course in better shape with all the amenities for the money. Definitely will be back
