Slow 4 Ball
Course busy and play slow due to slow 4 ball ahead.
We had an adapted trolley for 2 golf bags - due to back problem carrying bag !! Member put in a complaint- thought we only had one set of clubs - were questioned by staff on course - embarrassing!
First time after playing numerous courses all over Scotland.
Good
All round very good. Only problem was very slow 3 ball that was holding up everyone else and didn’t let others through
Kenmay golf course
Played Kenmay for the 1st time & now asking myself why why why have I took so long to play it.
Beautiful well laid out course, yes the weather gods were on our side but would still have enjoyed it regardless.
Will definitely be back

Overall I really like playing this course, having not played this course in the last 20yrs (been living overseas) not much has really changed. Apart from the 18th which sadly was not for the better. The old 18th was a brilliant wee par 3, now it just another par 3 and for a finishing hole fairly forgettable I’m afraid.
Will definitely return to play the course again as overall I really enjoyed the course & would recommend to others, pace of play was a lost slower than I’m used to 4hrs, but every tee time in front of me was booked with 3s or 4 balls, so to be expected I guess.

Manicured To Perfection
On arrival at Kemnay it was plainly obvious that this was a course that experiences regular TLC. It certainly is manicured to perfection. The greens are blemish free and like lightning and the tee areas are in better shape than most greens. The fairways are lush and ideal for approach shots to the green. Most fairways are tree lined but only a few are terrifyingly narrow as most fairways are invitingly wide, again ideal for players like myself with a higher handicap. I simply cannot wait to return..
Good course very interesting holes and layout
Generally course is playing well. However some of the greens have taken a bit of a hit during the winter and have taken a while to recover.
Decent Course, some poor greens
Overall a good test, lots of blind tee shots so was hard for the first time playing the course as . Not sure if there's been a problem over the winter but some of the greens were in poor condition and very bare in places? Apart from that very enjoyable course with plenty of variety.
Nice course
course is in good condition and looked after well. Pace play is very slow.
