Willows Run Golf Club - Coyote Creek Course
About
Willows Run Golf Club in Redmond offers four courses: two championship 18-hole links courses, a family-friendly par 3, and an 18-hole putting course. There is something for every golfer at Willows Run no matter what skill level. Coyote Creek is one of the championship courses. The par-72 layout is 6,344 yards from the back tees. The golf course has a classic links design that is mostly straightforward but you can still expect some challenges, especially with water coming into play on nearly every hole. There are a few strategically placed bunkers as well as some rough. You'll also face the occasional dogleg. With the terrain being mostly flat, the terrain is easily walkable. The course is approachable for beginners but the nine-hole, par-3 and the putting courses are also good options for new players.

good round at Coyote
Got a hot deal from golfnow.com, friendly staff, some fair way still wet at that time, but the green is good, water still in couple bunker.
hope the golf course will be better in summer
over all we have nice day and a good round
Little soggy but greens in good condition
Overall soggy but that is expected for the time of year and the year we are having. The new carts are awesome. Just be aware if you go off the path it warns you and it slows you way down until you get back on the path. Also, the range balls seem to very old.
Need extra balls
I lost gold balls on the fairway 3 times.
The grass was still very long hide the balls.
And still wet and mud.
But it was nice day and not much people play.
is this a golf couse, really?
There was all covered with water and grass every where in fairway and even in tee box. No maintenance staff. I hardly could find balls in the rough. Who can say this is a golf course.
Barely Playable
When I asked about conditions, the fellow at the clubhouse admitted that the first two holes on the Coyote Creek course were wet but "don't be discouraged," it gets better. It did. But then it got worse. My partner and I lost several balls in the muck on and around the fairways. Some fairways are fine but overall, the course is just too wet, swampy in places. It needs a week or so to dry out.
Wet Course
Course was very wet and some holes were very rough even in the fairway.
Coyote Creek Course in Horrible Condition 4/29/17
We teed off today, Saturday, 4/29/2017, and our tee time 11:06 am. We were delayed 30 min. due to a men's club event we were not informed of. The main issue is the course condition. We had inquired as to the condition of the course prior to making the tee time and paying. We were flat out lied to. This course, as I am sure Eagle's Talon, the connected Willows Run course, is a mess: soggy, muddy, fairways the majority of which had deep mud ruts and heavy grass clippings (4-5 inches deep!), so that the "fairway" was totally obscured. We hit the fairways, but could not find our balls due to the deep grass clippings and deep mud ruts. Just trying to walk this course in the muddy condition is a challenge! The Marshall even said, "You'll be fine if you stay in the fairways"...WHAT fairways?? There were soggy, but clear fairways on only about 4 of the 18 holes. Yes, I know we have had lots of rain this winter, but tell the truth before charging $48.00, including tax. The greens are spongy and bumpy. Weeds growing on several mounds beside tee boxes, as if no one cares for this course. Both Coyote Creek and Eagles Talon at Willows Run used to be a beautiful courses, but have obviously gone downhill and owners are not working on drainage, greens keeping, or even easy landscaping like pulling weeds. So sorry to see what was once a beautiful course in this condition!
Willow R
Course was in pretty good shape considering the weather conditions. Lots of high lofted shots plugged and were unable to find in the fairway. But this time of year is like that.
Lost holes
I played your Coyote Creek course and was very disappointed that we were not told, before we started, that hole #2 and several others were under water (I mean completely under water) and unplayable. I feel you should not be charging full fees and should inform golfers of this. Need more yardage markers also.
Not a lot of trouble
We enjoyed a mostly dry round of golf, the rain held out, but the ground was super wet, as expected. A good round of golf for the Hot Deal price.
The only thing I would have liked, would have been more yardage marker. I only actually saw 1 yardage marker on 1 hole on the entire course. Now mind you it was cart path only and I tried to stay as close to the cart path as possible, and the 1 marker I saw was in the middle of the fairway. I would love to see some markings on the cart paths for winter play.
good for winter
I will say that Willows is in better shape this winter than ones of past. I still think they charge a little too much for this course regularly, but if you can stumble upon a Hot Deal for this course that's the time to play it for a good price.
Great winter course
Good course to play when everyone else is on frost delay. Price is great plus they have 36 holes you can play.
Great Track
Great course and layout! A little soggy and the ladies were too far back for my wife. As for me, whites were very playable.
Way too wet for a day with no rain.
I always tell myself to stay south of Seattle if I want to play decent winter golf but I decided to give willows run which is pretty flat a try.
There was so much water all over it was crazy.
I had one of my best driving days with 86% percent of my tee shots being in the center of the fairway and there was not a firm spot anywhere.
If you want to add 10 strokes to your normal round willows is your place.
Greens were ok.
Casual water EVERYWHERE
The course was absolutely soaked. There was casual water everywhere and several bunkers were flooded. Even in the fairway the sod was soaked and we even lost balls in the mud when the ball submerged
for time of year--great shape
course was in top shape considering all the rain we've had. beautiful day when I played. staff was very good to me.
Fun day
Fun day.. course in great condition - no leaves!!
Will go again soon.
