a nice place to play!
This course is well maintained, challenging at points, well designed & a pleasure to play! my friend's & I recomend it frequently.
Excellent Course - Challenging
It is very well groomed. The greens are in great condition.
Best day in September
my friend and I have wanted to golf this course for a long time. Thanks to golf now we were able to. The course was in great condition friendly and helpful staff, we also pair up with a couple locals the played like us except one guy could hit his putter farther than my 8 iron really cool stuff. we want to return soon.
Over booked their tee times - 4 4somes on each fairway/hole
pace was extremely slow due to their overbooking. Four Foursomes per hole was terrible. 9 holes took 2+1/2 hours and they booted us off the front nine for a shotgun start tournament after only 8 holes.
We should Not have been penalized for their lack of course management. They needed a marshall and or a starter!
No two holes are alike.
A challenging course that has had many updates to make it more golfer friendly. Every hole is a different experience. The greens are smooth and slick with plenty of slope. A fun dry course.
The stimp on the greens was great.
This course can be challanging if you do not stay on the fairways. amazing views of the mountains when weather is clear, the weather can change quick so you need your wind shirt as fog can role in, in rounds between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. and tempature drops quick. I liked this course so much we played the next day again.
Another clear day in Sequim
Often, the weather in Sequim is much better then in other areas of the Olympic Peninsula. On Sunday, we headed for the sunbelt and were rewarded with an afternoon of golf in the sun. The afternoon tee time was easy playing for the first nine. The last nine backed up but we were loving the afternoon in the sun.
This was our second time at the course, so loved figuring out how to make the best of it. The front nine is easier than the back nine. So, ready to climb that hill on the 18th and head to the cafe for drinks and dinner.
Nice couse. WINDY
The course was well maintained and the greens were fast.
It's not set up to be too difficult (even from the back tees) but the howling winds added a degree of difficulty.
The 16th hole leaves almost no angle to drive the fairway from the back tees, which seemed a little unfair. Just a little pet peeve.
The amenities were very nice and carts had good GPS with shot tips.
Overall it was a good experience, but i wouldn't call it great. I'm glad i played it.
Overall wonderful course well maintained
Wife and I had a great time. A Lille more than an hours drive for us but well worth it. We plan to go back again soon.
Beautiful Course
The four of us loved the views and the challenges. We played in the afternoon so easy play. Loved the last uphill hole.
This is a very clean course !
Good course greens and fairway were in good shape club house was very nice rest rooms on the course were a 10 a great place to play. I will tell my friends to play there if they get a chance to!
Interesting and fast. G
Interesting and worth a visit, but GPS never worked.
Nice course..
It's quite a drive to get there and I was surprised that the houses on the course were so small. I loved the course layout but for some reason the houses along the course took a lot away from the course.
Great Surprise
This course has a bunch of hidden surprises to views to great staff. Even with the challenging winds at certain points I was still able to shoot one of the best rounds ever. Pace of the course was great we where never waiting and still managed to complete the course in 3.5 hours. Only piece of advice for the course is they really need to work on the sand traps in this case I would say hard pan traps. Other than that great course.
Great course, excellenat accomodations
Drove one hour to play this course. Well worth the drive. The greens are very good, ball rolls true and fast. Holed two from the fringe, several 1 putt.. Back 9 is very scenic and a little more fun than the front. All in all a great day of golf in the Pacific NW
The Cedars at Dungeness
Great price of $20 plus fees. And the day was beautiful. I even got my first birdie of the season.
A Fantastic Course with a Great Friendly Staff!
This is a beautiful course with many rewarding, yet challenging holes. Has a great pro-shop, excellent practice facilities, and some recent renovations to their on-the-course restroom facilities makes this place an all around gem. Oh yeah and when you're done drop by Stymies "The 19th Hole" for some food and drink. You won't be disappointed!
Great course, early spring conditions
The weather was good at Dungeness while the rest of the NW was very rainy. Greens were still recovering from aeration and need another week or two. Good fairway roll.
Great course, great staff, worth the trip!
I traveled about 2 hours to get to this course. I'd heard so many things from so many other golfers and had the opportunity to try it out. The staff (especially a guy named Garrett S.) were so friendly and accommodating to myself and my girlfriend. They took customer experience to a whole new level and are the reason we'll make the two hour drive again soon. The course was in great shape and luckily we had no rain that day. Excited to play it again!
Drains well
For the amount rain fall we have had course was OK shape.
