We have had a LOT of rain in CNY this spring. This course was in great shape. Greens were terrific. A few wet spots, but nothing major.
Staff was great. Thanked us for coming out and playing.
Electric carts with GPS nav built in that was as accurate as my personal one through golf now.
Just a bit more than I usually pay for a round, but well worth it.
Ever since new ownership there have been some great changes here. Major course renovations where needed to improve course conditions.
Play north/South, east isn't worth it.
Not Worth the Money
Do Not Let Them Trick You Into Paying the Same Price as the North/South Courses!
The North and South courses at Deerfield are challenging and interesting courses... The East is the exact opposite.
The course is in poor shape, with many of fairways either torn up or "under repair." One of the fairways, almost the entire thing was under repair.
This just isn't worth the $45 for 18 and a cart that they are charging. Especially not when you consider how many other courses are right in the area.
First time. GREAT course (not just because I played well). Course had been closed due to too much rain the previous week. The owners made a tough decision to forgo the $$ and keep the course in good condition instead of letting carts and people ruin the fairways and greens. Clubhouse was terrific, reminded me of a resort. We played the North-South course as the East was still closed. So glad we went there!
27 holes of fun!
This course has a north, south and east course each is 9 holes. I highly recommend north and south for intermediate players and east is a little easier.
