Good course, good value, prime time playing
Course was in excellent shape. The layout is kind of goofy, a lot of hills and blind shots. Lot of hitting shots with upward or downward lies. Golf carts, staff, greens were all amazing though. The end of the round 19th hole is also excellent. Very modern, friendly staff, solid drink offering and food. We also played early morning which is a rarity for GolfNow tee-times. Highly recommend this course!
Perfect
One of those perfect days of golf! Early in the season and the conditions are pretty much mid-season!
Take a cart
It was a tough walk, but enjoyable. Holes are mostly straight. Only a few bunkers and penalty areas. Greens were smooth and true.
Manage philosophy
Didn’t expect course to be in great shape early in season. But philosophy towards golf now in reference to being early doesn’t cut it. I have been a golf now member for a very long time and played courses out west and many in Florida and NY using golf now. If I’ve got to course early and they had an opening they would say go out now… Management philosophy for golf now players at Camillus country, club you play at your TT. They don’t care what other courses do,this is Camillus Country club. So much for customer satisfaction. So they won’t have to worry about me getting there early or at all…. I’ll make all golf now people who prepay to understand your second rate customers at Camillus Country club.
Always in great condition
Course, tee through fairways and on the greens always in very good condition. Even after wet rain, the course seems unaffected. I encourage those who have never played this course to try it. You will not be disappointed. Just a warning though--this course is a bit hilly, but with great views.
Camillus GC
Fun challenging course, one of the best in the area. The driving range is the only weak spot.

Might be the last time this season here in CNY. Going to be cooler and wet. Jivi and his crew do a GREAT job with the course. New fluffy sand in the bunkers!!!!

Tee boxes are horrible, every one has a big hump through the middle making your tee shots like playing on the side of a hill. Few fairways had some bare spots and all of them were hard as a rock. I was whacked with a $24 fee for having my gf ride with me (didn’t play), so heads up if someone is riding along. Save your $ and play elsewhere.
We apologize for the condition of the tee boxes and fairways during your visit. We understand your frustration with the humps on the tee boxes and the bare spots on the fairways. We also apologize for any miscommunication regarding the fee for your girlfriend riding along. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.
Good Shape
The place was is better shape than I remember it. Greens were nice and decently fast. Fairways well cut. Tee's need to be rolled, lots of unlevel tees. For this time of year I was happy with the conditions.

Scenic views
Camillus CC is a scenic golf course with excellent playing conditions. The greens were great and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to play again.
