A Nice Course in Cornwall
Its a 9 hole course that is in terrific shape except for a few of the cart paths that need repair. There are two set of tees to play 18. Its tricky that it looks as trees and a few creeks do come into play. The only hole that is ODD is the first one as you must take your approach over a street. Beautiful views surround the course.
A pleasant diversion
First time players will need some good direction especially for the opening #1 hole; blind fairway and approach to green. A 9 hole course with separate tee boxes providing a second nine holes. Not for the long hitter but challenging for the "average golfer. 1,8 and 9 have sever elevation challenges.
Nice course in middle of no where...
First time playing this course. Missed the entrance because sign was not up. A little confusing on a few holes but once you play it once is fine. Some real challenging holes that you could get into real trouble. Being up in the mountains was much cooler which was great for a 90 degree day down below. Had the course basically to myself. Great deal on Golf Now! Don't usually play a nine hole course but will definitely go back again. Don't believe they had the 19th hole open..

The course is a nice 9 hole course. Greens are in excellent shape. Can't comment on the facilities as the course is in an ownership transition. It looks nice and the views are phenomenal. The views are worth the trip.
Cool course with a lot of history.
Excellent value and a great course for a weekday afternoon round. A formerly private course, the tee and greens were in very good conditions. The course design from 1894 is a real little gem from all the others in the area. It's a 9 hole course with two sets of tee's for the front and back, making a noticeable difference in yardage and strategy.
Nice leisurely round.
Very enjoyable conditions as nobody in front and nobody behind. Played as twosome in just over 3 hours. Appears there are recent new owners and trying to build up memberships, but also allowing public play. Restaurant was not yet open, which was a disappointment as it was very good in the past.
If you want a good day for leisurely play or practice at a good price I would recommend Storm King.
Quiet Day
Stumbled upon Storm king last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Played after a night of rain and called the course before the round to make sure they were open but all of the listed phone numbers were dead. Decided to go up anyway and was happy I did. The course is short but there are two separate tees to change the holes between the "front" and "back" nine. Course conditions were great and it was empty for a Saturday in Spring. Will definitely be back.
