Did not get to play I want my money back
Booked to play at 12.37 today and arrived to find the course closed and clubhouse shut. Not impressed I want a refund I dro e all the way through from airdrie and didn't get to play!
Dunkeld
Great course, however the clubhouse was closed before, during & after our round. With no access to toilets or food & refreshments- which did not go down well with our 4 ball. When you pay full entry fee then you expect to have access to all the facilities, this was a real letdown to trip to Dunkeld.
Lovely challenging course
So glad we decided to play here- it was our favourite course out of 5 that we tried while on a short touring holiday in Scotland. A couple of very challenging holes but all holes were interesting and the surrounding scenery is beautiful
Great course
Only been playing golf for 4 months, so only played a handful of courses, so not a lot to compare to. But I absolutely loved this course. Particularly the front 9. Great features, fairways and greens in perfect condition. Some really tricky holes. Only thing I will say if you are a high handicapper is fetch plenty of balls, I think between my pal and I we lost 20.
Wiltshire Girls on Tour
Hidden gem, lovely course and views. Some challenging par 3’s, that test your recovery powers. We were made very welcome, had a great day, and our tour mascot, Casey the miniature schnauzer thoroughly enjoyed herself.
Hilly
The course had a lot of interesting holes with elevated tees and greens and sloping fairways. A very scenic location. The course was in good nick. The hilly nature of the course made it tough going
Mr George
Un hermoso y bien mantenido campo de golf. Cálida bienvenida por parte del personal Lo recomiendo con mucho gusto.
Great service from Jackie
Course in great condition and weather good on a mid October Thursday. Greens were just hollowtined and sandy but expected at this time of year. Given a good discount on the price paid. Very quiet so no facilities in the clubhouse for bar/tea/coffee.
Nice course with stunning views
Played Dunkeld golf course on a Saturday, seemed fairly quiet for a Saturday so pace of play was not a problem. The views are fantastic with some challenging holes, though parts of the course play up hill.
Fabulous Views
Well worth the walk uphill to see the views over Loch Lowes. The course is hilly and there are some blind holes, but that will only bring me back again to see if I can improve my score!.
Dunkeld and Birnham GC
While we got a good welcome on arrival, the course did take its toll on our play. Greens fast, for September, but found hills and undulations a bit off putting. The newer holes different in character from first 8 holes. Last two par 3’s were not enjoyable at all. Green Fee seems overpriced for course layout, playability and set up.
Great Fun, a golfing challenge set in beautiful Scenery
Fantastic example of what great fun can be had playing the highland courses across Scotland
18 signature holes brilliant set in some of the finest scenery in the world
Just try it
Both my Son and I had the most fantastic day out. My wife walked round with the dog and then we had some food in the Club after our round.
Of all the courses I’ve played I can honestly say that the people are as friendly as they come.
Great day out
Played the course for 2nd time today. Forgot how hilly it was but very enjoyable layout nevertheless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not the longest course but deceptive due to its hilly nature. Overall a joy to play.
