Absolute gem in the Campsie Hills.

I live half an hour away so often pop up for a round- its generally quiet with great pace of play. The course is quirky and hilly but that's what I like. Some great views and decent greens for a January. If the club offered an "off peak" or "second club" membership I'd definitely sign up.

Great course with a view

Cracking course that sits at the foot of the campsie hills, the course is well maintained and has great technical parts on the back 9. I've played this course a few times now and never get sick of it though it doesn't have a pro shop or a real clubhouse. The inn on the green is located at it and serves good food and drinks but isn't always open

Short and quirky, but hilly too.

Okey dokey. No clubhouse but has a cafe and bar on site so if you want to eat or drink it's there. There is a starters office but it was closed when I was there. Couple of members in the car park gave me pointers, they were friendly. Didn't get great weather, mainly dry but when it rained.....it rained. Course itself was in fine nick and the greens were good enough but it could be doing with prominent signposting to get from tee to tee. There are some but these are little discreet pointers in amongst the trees. If they were clearer I wouldn't have played 1 then 17 before realising, also played 5 then teed off at the 8th then realised. Nice BIG signs guys, please.
The holes are short but boom boom drivers won't do it here unless you can get them straight, positional play is the way to go here. Few blind shots early on and it is hilly too. Lot of cute holes nevertheless and 13th made me laugh, weird looking hole. All in all take away the rain and it was a bit of fun. I'll play there again one day

Golf with a view

It's a great course with a stunning backdrop of the campsie hills which you get full view of from the 11the tee onto the 15th. It doesn't have a clubhouse but does have a great bar/cafe onsite and both trolley and buggy hire though unsure how to do this.

Great Day at Campsie

This is a tricky little course where you'll need to bring your A game to score. The course although short is a great challenge. The fairways are outstanding, Tees in decent condition and the greens are very good considering the weather we've had, today they were lush with plenty of growth. Overall the course was lovely, a real credit to the staff there.
I plan to return soon.

Great course, bad experience.

Course is outstanding and great value for money.
Arrived and there was no shop or starters box to collect score cards or confirm booking/tee off times.
We had to guess our way round the course for the holes that weren't easily sign posted.
Overall the course is brilliant, only downfall was there was no shop or person to actually speak to before starting

Hard day at the office

Tough round at lovely campsie

On paper a very scoreable course however the rough was very thick when I played and I found it far too often!

Great location, stunning views and some unique holes, especially 14 and 17.

Nice course but terrible greens

Yesterday I played Campsie golf course, it was a warm welcome by some members in the car park, checked in any away we went. This is a very hilly course with some really quirky holes but massively let down by their greens. Paid £17 for the round but wouldnt play there again due to the greens.
