Good contrast to older links down in St. Andrews
Greens were great, fairways little soft and wet but overall experience very good
Very Enjoyable
The course was what you expect in St Andrew's. Beautifully kept links course and very challenging. Didn't give excellent for the course condition purely because the Tee's and Greens had been treated, although they still ran true.
We hired the Golf Boards to get around the course, what a fantastic new addition. Loved them and would use them again in the future.
Great layout and variation of holes
Superb location for a golf course. Beautiful views as you play along the neck of Fife. Would always include in my playlist when visiting St Andrews.
Great views and interesting variety of holes
Greens are rolling really well right now, but the fairways could have done with a cut. Green fees seem to have gone up quite a bit in the last year. Still worth it, but not quite as easy to justify regular play.
great course
i have played many links courses in the past and this is up there with the best, not a bad hole on the course the fairways were slightly soft due to the amount of rain they had in the previous few days but the greens were true and fast and were a delight to putt on , the complimentary strokesaver was a lovely touch that i have not received at more expensive golf courses. i will definitely be back to play the torrance course in the future.l
Playing Kittock course St Andrews
From the minute you arrive, staff very friendly and helpful. Course challenging but enjoyable and was better due to the great weather we had. Would recommend golfers of all levels to play it.
So many great holes!
Kittocks in the Sun
This is a great course, some wonderful hole design, views incredible and all in great condition. If being hyper critical the Par3s especially front 9 feel a bit weaker vs the others. True greens, plenty of warm up options, good food after, just what was looking for. Well worth the trip outside of StA. We paid £70 just £15 more then the Eden or less than New/Jubilee, must be close to best value/course in the area.
Greens were perfect
Best greens I have played on this year, course was beautiful and well kept by the green staff
Kittocks Course
Great Course. Once we got through the first where we didn’t really know where we were going it was the most enjoyable round I have had for a long long time. Torrance course next month
Great course in fantastic condition, good challenge and some interesting holes and pin positions. Well worth the price and good value .
Gives a lot of bigger name courses in the area a run for there money .
Quality Golf Course
Course in excellent condition, despite poor weather conditions tiday. Staff at shop very helpful. Definitely recommend this course and hope to play again in better weather
Excellent Day and Experience
Course was perfect to play and a mixture of challenging and more challenging holes
Highly recommended no matter your handicap
First time playing Kittocks course and loved it
Even though it was at the start of December that I played Kittocks course for the first time it was still full greens and full tee boxes plus no fairway shots played off mats which was fantastic. Course was muddy in areas and did have some standing water but it was still very playable and enjoyable. I definitely will try and get to play this course again.
Pro shop staff were attentive and very helpful plus knowledgeable which made the whole experience very enjoyable.
Only down side was that after coming off such a wet and muddy course I could not locate an area with an airline or brushes to try and clean up my golf buggy or shoes etc which I felt that a course of this standard should have - especially as they had 2 Tesla electric car charging points which were not being used
