Good course
Great course for the money great condition for time of year only negative was no food on sale will play again
Heavy going
Very heavy for time of year green staff had cut fairways using heavy machinery which had churned up the fairways greens okay no hole numbers on tee boxes or adequate signage to next tees - confusing at times
Heavy
Very wet and heavy for time of year, no run on ball, green staff had cut fairways and heavy machinery had churned them up, greens fine, rest of course. in condition you would expect in Winter not early Autumn, a bit disappointing overall. Nice countryside.
Good value
Played this course a few times and it is always in good condition considering other courses are struggling with the weather. Well worth a visit for the price
Awesome golf course and the views are absolutely incredible. All pro shop staff are extremely friendly and there are some really really nice golf holes! Back 9 could do with another par 5 or par 3 to break the par 4s up a bit but this course really is a hidden gem. The staff in the restaurant are also very friendly!
hidden gem, Great course
Great value for money. Perfect weather. Very interesting playable course in great condition. Staff all great too.
Great Day
Booked a Fourball for Friday afternoon weather was good course still a bit wet and heavy in places down side to our booking was there was no buggies and they don’t hire them out after a certain time which we would have enjoyed better if there was buggies available due to course still being heavy
Hidden gem
Will definitely be back during the summer months. Great set up and friendly staff
SCENIC COURSE
Was a bit confusing moving between holes as there were not any signs to advise where to go. Even the sign at first hole was a bit haphazard. On arrival there was a young lady in charge who advised us where to go in the clubhouse etc. We were quite impressed by the course layout but due to the weather that week there were certain holes that were very wet underfoot. Some of the holes were a bit unfair for ladies, especially the 17th , which is a lovely hole but in my opinion , ladies tee should have been a good bit closer to the pond, as most ladies would be struggling to get the ball over the pond from the present tee. Clubhouse facilities were very good, we got good food & staff were very friendly. Would recommend for others to visit.
Bobby
Friendly warm welcome every time l have played the course. The course was in great condition and very nice layout.
A filthy day
The rain came down in buckets and by the end of hole 1 both of us were drenched. The coursevwas in immaculate condition however the greens were running slow probably due to the heavy rain.
The course is interesting with plenty of water but there are some very steep holes that test the legs and lungs. Buggies were unavailable due to the rain.
The 18 th is a great finishing hole with a driver needed and the I used a 5 wood for remaining 190 yards up hill over a bunker to a raised green
This course is all parkland and the £20'a round deal was excellent value for money

Fantastic course.
Really great course.
Greens were excellent as were all parts of the course.
Will definitely recommend and return again.
Don't miss this course it is a "must play".
An excellent course with amazing scenery
I have played Brunston Castle over a number of years. The course is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and has numerous challenges throughout including water and elevation changes. For late October the course was in excellent condition. Some recent changes to the course, most notably reducing the par five 13th to a par 4 has improved the experience and I will certainly be returning again in the future.
