Excellent course, book up!

Fantastic course but extremely difficult for an average golfer. Staff and members were all extremely friendly and can't wait to play again.

One constructive comment - I tried to call the club 5 days in a row to book a golf buggy and no one picked up the phone. I also emailed and haven't had a response. They only have four golf buggys so if they could answer the phone that is the only negative.

Don't miss out

A very hot 🔥 and sunny 🌞 day to play this great course. Course playing short due to recent good weather 😉 Pace good 4hrs 10 minutes for 4ball. My only negative was felt greens weren't up to usual standards. If you can get it booked to play especially with the hot picks

Great experience all round, club house was traditional and welcoming and food was good and reasonably priced. Course was varied and interesting and there are more than a few holes you would play differently next time around

Great for this time in the season

Managed to grab a £32 pp Golf Now tee time. Course was as good as I remembered it from last year. The greens were superb for this stage of the season and the fairways bone dry. I was delighted with the value for money however we all agreed that the £90pp regular fee is too much although all clubs have upped their green fees quite dramatically recently.

Lovely course

1st time I’d played at Irvine gc , Clubhouse was very traditional and the food we had was spot on, The course was in good condition for the time of year with some quirky holes and a few tough holes , one being the 17th , I’d definitely recommend booking a round at Irvine , would definitely return

Irvine GC

Me and a friend booked Irvine GC and really happy we did.

We arrived 40 mins early and made our way into the pro shop.

The club pro greeted us warmly and advised that their was space available if we wanted to go early.

The course was in fantastic condition even with the 2 weeks of heavy rain we’ve had recently.

Course layout was really enjoyable and challenging

Would highly recommend anyone give it a go

We’ll definitely be back
