The Troon Links - Fullarton sits just minutes from Royal Troon Golf Club's links and comes in at a relatively short 5,000 yards, making it appropriate for newer golfers or a quick warm-up.
The Troon Links - Fullarton is uplands links and features narrow fairways that undulate and are guarded by heather and gorse. The long hole comes first, measuring 434 yards, and six par-3 holes require precision rather than power.
Many golfers golf the Troon Municpal Fullarton Course in tandem with Lochgreen or Darley. Others, such as women and short-gamers, choose just these 18 holes.

Flavour of Fullerton
Definitely for the high handicapper but brings back the'feel good' factor when playing golf. Highly recommend it.

Played this course a few times.
Course in great condtion, especially greens.

Lovely afternoon at Troon, we played off the white tees and absolutely loved this classic wee links course
Decent
Good little course and probably one of the best council owned courses close to myself. Not at the private course standards but fair enough for the costs. Buggy cost 25 which I thought was dear as my club charges 15.
Troon Links - Fullerton
The course is the cheapest option of the 3 Ayrshire council run golf courses at Troon. It’s a pleasant enough experience to play ‘holiday’ golf on and easy on the legs as it’s very flat. However you get what you pay for: many rabbit holes all over the fairways, some untidy areas here and there and mundane, featureless holes. If you want a challenge on the golf course then pick another.

Good wee course for a hit. Greens good. Playing hard on the fairways. Not much grass.
Could have been warmer!
Good day out ..sunny with a chilly wind. Rough as usual makes this a test but overall a good flat course to enjoy. Looking forward to playing again next week
Top coarse
Loved it great coarse with forgiving fairways great for high to mid handicappers and not too long

Nice wee course. Not long or really challenging but a good hit. Greens good but quick. Fairways really hard so bump n runs all day long.
Loved it - not long but felt like links and the greens were terrific for April and so soon after the recent cold weather.
Highly recommended.
Greens not so good
Enjoyed our round at Fullarton on a beautiful day. Only spoiled by the roughness of the greens.
