Golf Advisor: Top Courses in Puerto Rico (2022 #5)
Reviews
They speak Espanol
This place was frustrating. The staff speaks Spanish so I couldn’t understand them. I was hungry and dint know how to say hot dog , so I didn’t eat. They need to add pictures to the food menus. They also have a girl working in the pro shop. As a shy person it was difficult to talk to her. One good thing is that the locker room restrooms have nice sinks and doors on the toilets.
puerto rico golf
here enjoying what the island has to offer
Winter is beautiful, snowing on mainland US here its 75degrees everyday w some rainfall
Course is a little rough shape, greens mostly good
As far as tropical golf goes it is a good value
Wide open, forgiveable, dry course. Nice views
My wife and I played. There is a man named Nando that is very friendly and helpful. Great guy and excellent ambassador for the course.
The course is wide open with dry fairways. You'll get lots of roll. It's on the coast and the views are excellent.
We will definitely play here again if we come back.
It sucks
I was checking out the reviews on the scores and there was a lot of favorable reviews nice pictures of the course and when I went the course was an awful condition it didn’t look like the pictures in the reviews.
This course really needs a lot of TLC
Poor Administration
30 minutes After paying for my round today, to include the $5 Covid charge for a single player cart which was available at the time I was told that it was mandatory to share the cart with another player because it was Saturday... nowhere in the guidance put out does it state that cart sharing is mandatory.... YOU SUCK at administrating a golf course, and I know this is in retaliation for my previous comments which I am entitled to. Your customers, and especially your MEMBERS are FIRST... Keep this in mind going forward, GOOD LUCK
Edgardo review
a public course with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.I recommend the course but remember that is a friendly course.
Good course ... great value ... plan to play again and again
This is a very good layout typical of links golf. Holes are fairly straight-away with few blind shots. Greens were in good condition ... some tilted back to front, some flat, some multilevel ... with little to no grain that I could tell.
Freeways generally wide and rough short to keep pace of play. Lost only one ball ... total miss-hit into long grass that is not in play.
Holes 6-12 play along the ocean with great views but keep your focus as these holes are among the best on the course.
Priced well below other courses around Puerto Rico. Aguadilla is on the west coast and about 2 hours from San Juan HOWEVER well worth the drive.
