Short course, tight fairways, nice greens
With golf being so expensive on the island this is a great value, but it's a short course measuring only 5,000 yards from the blue. Since land is at a premium the fairways are tight and I rarely resorted to my woods. I shot well and the weather was perfect, albeit warm for a visitor in April.
I played alone, first tee time of the day, and finished in 2 and a half hours.
Greens rolled well and weren't much of a challenge, but consistency was notable. They held shots well.
a nice club house and we ate lunch there on a different day. not a ton of selection but it was very well done. good food.
They recently began accepting tee times, and have some odd operating hours, but I understand it once I saw the costs of golfing on the island. The demand for a public course is low. I just couldn't swallow 170 to 250 a round at a resort. So I played here, It was relaxing and I enjoyed myself.
Great Conditions of the course. Excellent service and good food at the 19th.
holes 1,3, 7,11 & 17 are tough to par. wind is an issue in most holes. well maintained sand traps.
30 minute drive from anywere on the metropolitan area of San Juan
Friendly staff, good prices and good value for my money. Golf car included on price. New Facilities.
