Some challenging holes from the back tees (gold) in a natural setting
Unfortunately this is the worse course we have played. The condition was poor including greens and fairways. The bunkers had not been raked and were compacted in some cases. There were no gold tee markers on the 7th hole on the North course. We followed a 5-ball group for the first 5 holes until they finally split into a 3 and a 2 group then regrouped into a 4-ball on the back nine. We were a 2-ball behind them and it took us an agonising 4 and a half hours plus to get round waiting on every shot. We also noticed an empty beer bottle laying in the semi rough just off the fairway. We travelled 30 miles to play this course and will definately not return.
Fun little course
Paradise is a fun little course. Not difficult but enjoyable.
Fun in the Sun
The course had a good layout but fairways were weed infested and greens were not in very good shape and hydraulic leaks on a lot of the greens
Nice course. In pretty good condition.
Very friendly staff. I try to play here twice a month.
Relaxing course, beautiful!
We played 18 holes and enjoyed it very much. From the friendly staff to the relaxed players we met along the way, this course was a refreshingly enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of wildlife, variety of holes to keep us on our toes. We used every club in our bag and fed a few extra balls to the gators.
Pretty Beat Up Right Now
We have been there three or four times this season, and it has been fabulous! When we went yesterday, it was pretty rough. Fairways and greens were not in good condition at all. Hopefully it will be back in shape since the snowbirds are leaving and will have less traffic. We will try it again next season to see if it’s returned to its normal condition.
Turn on some water
Course was very dry. Looked like no water added to the greens for at least 2 weeks. With some irrigation to the course, could be a nice course to play.
Transformed
Have not played this course in two years because it was like a cow pasture. We were amazed at the transformation. Fairways had grass and the greens were in good shape. Staff and cart manager were very friendly seeming to really like their job. Would recommend, especially to the average golfer...fair distances and not alot of water.
Looking outside our area ...
We came across this course on Golf Now, and we picked a good day to play it. 12 holes, with option to play more. So we had lunch in their outside patio, then played 12 again on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The fairways were quite decent, and recently mowed. The bunkers had good sand the few times I found one. The greens were OK, albeit a little on the long side slowing the ball more than you'd plan for. Overall, a good value compared to others with the high prices on season.
Great Course
Great Place Great Outdoor Lounge with music after golf. Had a fine time.
