Excellent Course
Played the Hilton Course yesterday the weather was very wet for first few holes
The course was in excellent condition
A very enjoyable but very challenging course
I would love to play it again on a better day
Excellent course
Great track, very challenging, must hit fairways.
Unfortunately played after and durning heavy period of rain. Course still very much playable.
Great green layouts.
Hole lay out can be confusing, not signed well but map on scorecard so not hard to work out.
Would love to play course with hard fairways and greens in the summer. Differently recommend.
Great, well maintained course
Very wet day but course was sitting lovely. Not overly long but very testing
Unfortunately we did not play due to weather condition s. One of the four ball has a disability and required a buggie. The buggie has been called of the course. Record a text message 40minutes before tee off to advise that buggies has been removed from the course.
Money lost
Challenging round but enjoyable!!
Lovely greens... Even after alot of rain they were fantastic to play on! Far better than than my own club Cairndhu which is sad to say. Nice water features which requires smart golf.. Lovely day out and will play again many times for sure! £20 A round would be lovely each time..
Awesome course
for my first time playing at the hilton it was an amazing experience. The course layout isn't as bad as somepeople say, the map is on the scorecard and is very detailed and easy to follow.
Even on a very wet day like today the course was in brilliant condition, fairways were in excellent condition and the greens played brilliant.
Good days almost guaranteed
A good course for visitors and always a pleasant experience, one problem though is that it can be a bit confusing for anyone who isn't playing the course regularly and that is the need for signage to show the way to the next tee box and also the actual tee box number!
Exceptional Greens
A real challenge for decent golfers. Off the green tees is an enjoyable round for mid handicap players. Off the white tees is challenging (dont mention the blue). The greens are superb. The whole course is a real credit to the ground staff. This course is too cheap compared to other courses in Belfast. I cant fault it, if you want a beautiful challenge you have to play here. Its 20 minutes outside Belfast so dont ignore it if you are a visitor to the country. I've played at Celtic Manor, Portmarnock, Druids Glen, Archerfield, Royal Portrush, St.Margarets and Royal Belfast.
Good course- far to slow play
Stuck behind a society( NI Water?) Had to leave after 14 holes as the pace of play was so slow. Heading for a 5 hour round- not acceptable!!
As a regular 18 hole golfer off a single figure handicap my four ball can play a round in around 3 1/2 hrs! Why should this take 5 hours at this course. Need to have a ranger keeping pace of play up. Max 4 hours is plenty.
Course and greens are in great condition which was a shame as the pace ruined a good afternoon.
