Only negative was that the restaurant was only open to residents which is understandable given the current circumstances. The course itself is very nice and is good value for money.
Disappointed in GolfNow
I booked the round for 3 people but my follow players couldn't play. So I tried to cancel their rounds with GolfNow and they wouldn't. I'm done with GolfNow. Very disappointed!!!
Great course
Really love the course, great design and layout, some very tricky holes but suitable for golfers of all levels, very good greens and overall condition despite the time of year, would highly recommend
Lovely course, just not for the winter
I would love to play this course in the summer. The design is fantastic but I wouldn't recommend at this time of year. It was extremely wet. There was one of our 4 ball looking for our balls in the middle of the fairway on almost every hole, especially the front 9 and if you went in the rough off the tee, you weren't finding it. Also a couple of times around the green. Having said that, the course itself is beautiful and I would highly recommend during dryer conditions. The lack of a driving range was a disappointment but the putting green is lovely. I would definitely play again but only in the summer.
A mixed bag
I had booked a golf cart for my father and I as he has mobility issues. However when we arrived for our tee time I was informed that carts were not allowed out on to the course since it was raining the day before. (The course was not wet or soggy) and could only be used to give lessons. I then asked for two tokens for the basic trolleys and the receptionist gave me 2 tokens "free of charge" as if she was doing me a favour. We weren't going to let that ruin our day however and went out enthusiastically none the less. The course was in great condition and was very enjoyable to play. The only thing that annoyed me was then seeing 2 golf carts being used on the course (not for lessons). Overall I would recommend playing the course but just ensure you dont pay for a cart and not get one.
Great experience
very well laid out course. Mix of challenging holes and some forgiving ones thamkfully.
Can't wait to play there again.
Great coursr
Had a lovely round of golf. Course in great condition... Pro shop staff very nice and obliging.. Had a beautiful lunch before golf... Bar staff very friendly and welcoming... Red Thai curry fabulous.. All covid regulations in place. Will definitely be back
