The Biltmore Golf Course

Staff is rude and always a problem when paying ; they always want to over charge you fees that according to them are disclose in small letters; doesn’t happen in any of the other mami courses ; a real nightmare

I play this course regularly throughout the year and although I have stayed and play golf here at least 10-15 times over the previous 2 years, the golf staff needs to be addressed as to how they interact with their patrons, from the pro shop to the starter to the cart person. All have attitudes that I have finally come to ask why we continue to spend money there because they seemingly don't need it or care. The reason is my relatives live down the street and it's convenient. They are not at all courteous and this was not just a 1 time occurrence. Wrong people in the wrong positions. Attitude is all I can say. This is obviously a reflection of management so they must not care. Off course employees are very nice, courteous and accommodating. The golf people could take a lesson from them. I golf for the enjoyment and after walking out of the pro shop does not help with people come to this course or hotel for that matter. I could not recommend playing here.

This course was nice to play, in good condition, very slow play, waiting on every hole. The greenfee is too high for what you get. The staff is very friendly anf helpful.

First time playing the Biltmore and I was pleasantly surprised! The greens and fairways were in fantastic condition. This is a fun, challenging course perfect for intermediate players.

I played a few courses while on a trip to Miami. I played Doral, Miami Shores and Crandon. I think this was by far the best course of the bunch. The starter was a bit agitating but the rest of the staff was friendly. The course itself was in impeccable shape. Greens were perfect and rolled true. I used every club in my bag and found this to be not only challenging but fun!

The Biltmore has a nice layout with some interesting holes. Unfortunately they aerated the day of play and didn’t remove the excess sand from the greens. The crown of all the cups were days old and damaged. The fairways were in good shape as were the bunkers, but for me the greens make it break the experience.

Played this course for 1st time in 30+ years and it was still in decent shape. Typical Donald Ross course with small greens that rolled pretty true. Very busy day but everything was running on time and played in a little over 4 hours which wasn't bad for a weekend. Little pricey this time of year unless you can get hot deal on Tee off and able to use a promo code.
