Ballamor Golf Club

I played with three friends/avid golfers on Sunday. Unfortunately it rained steadily all day. That said, it was clear the course was in great shape. Greens rolled true, fairways nice. I know I would have loved it.

Staff was very accommodating. We played around w/ the tee time to try to miss the rain and they were quite helpful. Gave us a nice deal too.

All in all a joy and I'll definitely be back. If you're heading to the AC area for golf put this on your short list.

Very nice course! It would be excellent if those using the place would just fill their fairway divots and fix ball marks on the green!!!

Course was in excellent shape , challenging but you could score, would play there anytime, lunch and service was awesome can’t wait to play again

I played Sunday afternoon at 2:30 and at $69 it doesn’t get much lower unless you wait until 4 pm.

I played as a single from the white tees and even restricted to the cart path I made good time. The course was wet and soft but didn’t seem to slow down the greens. I found myself on the wrong tier each time there was a tiered green which didn’t help my putting woes. Greens are fast.

Other than the water logged areas the course is in generally good condition - tees, fairways and greens.

Water comes into play on 7 holes off the tee and while I didn’t find it to be a problem from the white tees you can easily have some blow up holes. On 3 and 18 water can be a factor on your approach shot too.

3 is the hole I want to play again. You need an accurate tee shot because of the water and then the approach is over the water to a two tiered green.

I recommend the hot dog at the halfway house which is second only to Mansion Ridge in Monroe NY.

Great layout. It is a public course but the conditions are solid. Don’t expect much when you pull into the parking lot but when you are on the course, you will be very pleased.

One of the best courses the public can play. Want to play it again soon !

The course was in really good condition and the layout was great.

Have played Ballamor countless times, it’s always a great course to play. Being a long hittern it’s great to play a course like this with challenging greens and a long layout from the tips. Have never had a bad experience there and would recommend it to anyone looking for an overall great quality round of golf.

Beautiful, well maintained course. Quiet, lush, and fair to the player. Challenging course with lots of sand and some water. If you hit the ball straight these obstacles do not interfere with your game. Staff were all professional and helpful. I give high marks to all aspects of this gem. Looking forward to a return round.

Great course for the money, in great condition and a really awesome layout. No two holes are the same. Greens were quick but consistent. Really cool finishing hole. I live two hours away and will definitely make the trip down more often.

A must play course with great conditions and layout. You will not be dissapointed, just make sure you do not use driver on every hole that is not a par 3. Course management will prevail here but the greens are tricky and do not always go with the grain so watch everyone else's putt to get a better read. I can't say enough good things about this course and again it is a must play. If there is anything bad about it would be some of the Bunkers have small rocks in them so it is time to redo the Liners in them to have a more enjoyable round of Golf. I am an 90 minutes away but would gladly return to play the course. Also the Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating, again you will not be dissapointed. Hit em straight..

A hidden Gem of a course, you will not be disappointed with this course. Great layout with quite a few challenging holes but you can still score if you have good course management. This course is walkable but there are considerable distances from Green to next Tee as the course is spread out among 3 pods. The range has grass or mats to use and takes cash but does not give change, takes $5 for small and $10 for large bucket. The bar area is small but the service is exceptional with great food and always has 1/2 price specials. Again you will not be dissapointed playing here. i will definitely return even though it is an hour and a half from home. Hit em straight..

Aaa+++ outstanding track . Will definitely test the best of players. Greens where perfect quick and true. Friendly staff all away around from the front desk to the cart girls.

I guess my expectations were a bit high being a member of a semi private course myself in S. Jersey. Great layout amazing greens fairways for the most part in good shape. Just a bit disappointed by the wear & tear of a course in June that can’t get more than 8000 rounds a year. Would not pay full price to play here.

This golf course has everything a golfer would want for a great round of golf. From arrival to departure everyone was very friendly and helpful. The tee boxes fairways sand bunkers and greens were as good as any could be. I felt like I was a true professional playing on this course. Fairways were nice and wide and the greens large and ran fast and smooth. What a gem. Thanks Ballamor.
