This was always a well manicured golf course. They used to care for this course while the South Course was like playing in a jungle. Now the greens here are as bad if not worse than the South course and I did not think that was possible. There is no way they can charge what they do and have people return. I always liked playing this course, but looks like this course may be heading towards closure
This is such a nice layout in a great neighborhood. Too bad the greens are awful. Almost all have many bare spots filled with sand. Tees need some serious grooming. Really ruins what could be a great course. Don’t understand how they can let the greens get in this condition.
The staff was very friendly/helpful with getting to know course. It rained so we were only able to play front 9. Greens were in rough shape.
Greens were the worst I’ve ever seen but overall well laid out
Very sad greens :((
Likely the worst greens I have ever played on. Unfortunately, I would never go back until they are redone.
Had a good time playing with family. The fairways are great but the greens need work.
Tee boxes and greens need some help, lots of bare spots and thinning grass. Fairways in good shape. Good value for the money.
We really enjoyed playing this course. We were behind a group of 5, but they let us go around, so play was a good pace
Pelican Bay North has slipped immensely since I last played the course over a year ago. It now gets the dubious award of the worst conditioned golf course in Central Florida. Every single green had large bare spots along with more weeds than grass. The fairways likewise had large bare spots. Any ball hit into the rough could easily get lost in all the debris left from limb blowdowns. It looked like most of the rough hadn't been mowed for weeks or months.
It all appears that the course management doesn't care a lick about maintaining the golf course. Even though the GolfNow "Hot Deal" was deeply discounted the value for the money was very low. It sure looks like this golf course will be going out of business.
This course has a friendly staff
They are always helpful. It would be good however if they would enforce speed of play.
Welcomed with a smile, price was great, teed off without delay...played at a good pace...most greens and faiways in great shape.....will play again when back.
Worth what you pay for. Poooor greens ,fairways etc. You get what you pay for. Good layout
Fun but needs some work.
Fun course but in pretty rough shape. Needs some TLC...expecially the greens.
