Grounds
This course was in pristine condition the grounds keeper couldn't have
Done anything more to improve the greens. Wish I live close to here I would play it all thw time.
Perfect 9 Holes
If at Jersey Shore and you want to play a quick 9 holes I recommend The Pines at Clermont! Tree lined yes, but you will use most clubs in bag and before you know it you had a FUN round.
first tee tie up
Played on a monday tee time @ 8:40 am , first tee was lined up with groups waiting to tee off aparently members do not need a tee time and can walk on at any time , my 8:40 tee time did not tee off until 9:25, course was in good shape and geens rolled true. So my 9 hole round took a total of 3 hours, i know i am at a resort location but that is way too long.
A Pleasant Walk Through the Pines
My wife and I had a very pleasant walk through the pines of South Jersey. This 9 hole course is fun to play, not very difficult and well worth the $20 greens fees. I recommend walking, the course is short and flat. The condition of the course was fine.
Fun little course
The course was a little challenging due to the narrow fairways but other than that, it was fairly easy if you put your first shot in the fairway. Not the best kept course but I'm not good enough to demand much more. The carts were very good as-well.
Value for money
Paid $10 including cart and this is one of the best values for money anywhere. Course is in decent shape but when a course costs less than a mini golf course - what do you really expect?! Really enjoyed playing it and will be back again even at the full price.
Good course for irons.
Mostly par 3's. Used woods twice. Small but soft greens. Greens were in good shape as were the fairways and tee boxes.
Overpriced coupled with rude staff
The course is severely overpriced given the length of the course (2200 yard part 31) and the mediocre conditions. The course is truly more for beginners and younger kids. I was there with a beginner and could see past the course's obvious short comings, but when the staff is also rude and disengaged, the experience isn't worthwhile. I would suggest visiting more professional courses in the area for a few extra bucks.
Good For Nine
If the golfers would only fix their ball marks, this course would be rated in all phases excellent. Very friendly staff. Course very challenging with narrow fairways. I would recommend for a quick nines holes of golf. Good value. Steve Tuers.
Great course
If you want a great great course to practice on and yet be challenged, this the course. Medium drives, challenging irons and great greens for putting. You will enjoy this 9 holer!
worth the ride Linwood
Very good condition for a small course...i went out for practice recovery from back surgery. Staff nice place is clean
Nice easy course
A nice course and easy to play. Might want to add a ranger to speed up play., good course for beginners.
Good value
Short nine hole course. Both
greens and fairways were in good condition. Several par three's and a couple short par four's.
Over all we enjoyed playing this course and will return again before the summer is over.
Great for beginners
A very nice course for beginners. I brought my eight year old son to play his first non-pitch&putt round and it was perfect. There are a lot of seniors there and all were very encouraging of someone learning. Some fun shots for me too as the back tees have some longer par three holes. I think this is a great value for the money, especially when every other course in the areas is $60+, and many over $100. If you are looking for a 2 hour nine or a little less with your family, this is your place.
fun day
course was well groomed and greens were rolling nice. even though only 9 holes, i was playing with a buddy who has not gotten out to play in over a year. I was lucky enough to get a discount using GOLFnow and only paid $12 for the round ;) so, this was perfect and the weather was beautiful, making for a fun day!
Novice Golfer
I am a novice golfer and it was a good place to play 9 and work on the game.... great value for the $$$
Good Course
Took my son on a Friday. Very low key and not crowded. No par 5 holes. Some fairways fairly tight but overall it is a pretty forgiving course. We had fun and will come back.
Great for the beach!
I played with my dad while we were at the beach. Every other course is 60-100$ a round for decent play. I found this course on golfnow for 12$ a person and it was more than worth the money. The greens were in good condition, the fairways were well kept, and it was a close location to where we stayed. The deal I found was great and the course was a nice 9 hole course.
COURSE IS IN GREAT CONDITION
EASY TO PLAY, BUT NEEDS TO HAVE A STARTER TO CONTROL PLAY
