ALWAYS ENJOY THIS COURSE
Playing from the back tees you get to use every club in the back. if you are a little off your game you can still score. all holes are different and each bring its own special challenge. always recommend this course.
Nice course and nice holes
I had fun at Royce Brook, nice course and lay out. They have a lot of bunkers. Course conditions for April 14 were good considering we had a ton of rain in Feb/March/April and the course drained well except for some of the bunkers. I will go back soon and I really want to play this course when it is warm and it's mid season. I will rate it a 4.7 out of 5.
GO ELSEWHERE
Booked last minute on a Sunday and this was all that was left. Now I see why. The course (tees/fairways/greens) is in decent shape EXCEPT THE BUNKERS. EVERY TRAP is not sand…they are lakes. And if there wasn’t water in them they were a combination of dirt, mud, and weeds. I heard they were selling the east course to build houses so I guess that means the maintenance budget is zero. Charging $100 is criminal!!! GO ELSEWHERE
730 fun
Played on Sunday 4/7. The course was in great condition considering the amount of rain we got the week before. The car paths need to of work. I see some green work and bunker work being done. Will be back again.
Bunkers or lakes
I was excited to play this course since I have not played it in years and they usually have nice fairways. Exited hitting off the first tee a couple of the guys went into what we thought were bunkers, they ended up being filled with water all of them and these things were deep. Your ball goes in it’s rare you are getting it out or even seeing it. The course was in such bad condition from bunkers to tee boxes to the uneven ungroomed greens. A nice day turned into a stressful one and for $79 I was really disappointed. I played multiple courses through the winter that were not in this and of shape. They have a lot of work to do
Nice public course
Course is in great shape except for the sand traps otherwise it a great deal
Only thing I can say that needs a bit of work are the sand traps. Poor drainage and could use new sand. Great day though!
Great round to start the season. Course in great shape despite flooding rains the day before. Cart path only slowed pace of play, but that's to be expected.
Wet day
Play on Sunday 3/3/24. Cart path only. Very wet fairways. Greens were fast. Fun day overall.
