Not much of a clubhouse and the course could use better grass management. That being said it was a good value.

It's not a great course but it is certainly very playable and very affordable in a great neighborhood

Would like more and more people to use this course, so that they can make it more better for people like us

The course is fun, to play but the greens were terrible...Fairways full of crab grass. But the layout is enjoyable.
We found the staff the starters and rangers so fruendly and on top of slow play.
The course is outside our back door so its nice. But definately have noticed the course consitions have worsened this y

We only paid $10 + tax but we did expect the course to be in better condition. Greens were full of poaanna (or crabgrass). Fairways were fair. Pace of play was fine -- less than 4 hours. For the money it was OK.

arrived a few minutes late staff was awesome its unfortunate the course is in rough shape the staff starts you off with a five star experience but the greens need lots of attention tee boxes were ok fairways needed some TLC but overall this course has lots of potential.

Can't beat the price $10 at 10 a.m. had a great time course was nice staff was excellent will definitely play again.

Layout is interesting, fairway are good but green are not perfect.

I've played this course for 7 years, staff is friendly, course is not an exceptional course but for the money it's a bargain. Greens are inconsistent but they have improved, for summer golf in Fla. what do you expect! What I like about this course is if it's a lazy summer day and your playing with your pals and you need to play a couple extra holes to determine the winner, as long as they are not busy and your respectful they will allow you to do it without charge. They also have a descent range and buckets are cheap. The carts are in good shape as well.

Good course. Tee boxes great shape. Greens and fairways were in good shape. Just needs a putting practice area. Overall a real good course good layout a few challenging holes. I would recommend to a friend anytime.

You can tell that this course used to be much nicer, but it's still a great bargain (I paid $15 to ride 18.) A lot of bunkers, but most of them aren't well maintained. Some around the green have been noticeably filled in to either, make the course easier, or to save money. Either way it takes away from some of the holes. I played in a threesome the first time and it took 3 1/2. I also played by myself and had to wait often, but it still only took 3 hours to complete 18. I will play this course again.

Review said $40 course at 50% off. Not even close.
Fariways full of weeds. The cart path is broken up asphalt where there is a cart path. If you are just starting out it is an fair course to practice on.

I was curious about this course because of the $49 summer membership. When I arrived I was met by a guy (who was nice) but said I had to pay in cash and didn't know much about the membership and I'd have to come back to buy it. I guess the pro shop was closed at 5:30 and he was just filling in. The course was just in awful condition. I can't imagine how someone who gave a recent review could possible be honest with themselves and say the course was in good condition. I give it two stars only because it was only $12. Tee boxes - no good, fairways - no good, layout - no good, greens - ok. Just the overall course from the gas powered carts, to the horrible little handheld-size GPS (that didn't work cause I started on #10, and thought I was one #1) was just bad. This is a course for locals who just want a really cheap deal. Anybody who wants to play on an legit golf course, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Sorry - Villa Delray - the price is good, but the course just isn't. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I played 18 in approximately 2 and a half hours on a breezy afternoon. The greens were decent but would not hold a ball. The fairways and bunkers were fine. Overall, a great afternoon of golf for US$12.00.

Fairways and Greens need tender loving care very poor.
