Nice course

Grand course, 15 holes only until mid April in play but we were allowed play 21 (1st 6 holes lead back to the pro shop) pace was good, for the weather and altitude of the course it was in good condition, some really nice holes, will play again.

Course

The course only had 15 holes open and their was no mention of this on the website and we were only told when we arrived.,we were told we could play some of the holes again and play 18 or 21 holes if we wanted to .The course was very wet sign posting was poor bunkers were full of weeds and in a very poor condition the greens were good in fairness but its .shocking that you are charging 30 euros for this and no mention on the website would not recommend this course to anyone at that price

Not worth the green fee. All the bunkers had big rocks in them. The greens were not maintained well.

Overpriced, poor condition

poor signage, weeds on fairway, greens patchy and bumpy, bunkers thick with weeds.
badly maintained in general.
no food served in the clubhouse on a Sunday.
paid €40 for a round on a Sunday,
complete rip off, would not recommend to anyone even if it was half the price.

Challenging and hilly with nice views

Some of the greens were a little slow and later on as it rained started to log due to poor drainage perhaps. Overall pretty challenging hills and dog legs with lots of trees as obstacles.
Few tee boxes have another hole tee box right beside you, the walk from 6-7 is long uphill and across the car park and the 17th or 18th you’ve to tee off across the driveway with cars waiting.
Overall very good course but thought it was a bit expensive even at 35 pp.
Staff in the clubhouse very friendly.

Gone downhill

Havent played Slade in 3 years and it’s gone downhill unfortunately. Needs some TLC. Seems they’ve given up on the bunkers, full of stones and weeds. Shop wasn’t open either.

Good challenge

Not very long course and has one section where a few holes cross that can be hard to figure out first time playing but very enjoyable and decent greens. Will go back

Slade Valley

Windy day and got out around midday on time, we were a 3 ball behind 4 members who were very slow. The course was in fair condition with fairway grass a bit long and greens were pole forked but not too slow. Course is hilly in some places but not too bad, I'd say it would be a better track in a few weeks time when the weather improves, overall goo value for money.
