Great parkland course

Beautiful course, friendly staff. Only problem would be members honestly, guy infront of me playing 3 balls and strolling his way around was not ideal.

Course lovely - greens desperate

Played it today, the course and amenities were spot on however the greens were really poor, sandy and bobbly all over.
A pity really as the course fairway to green is quite nice and kept well.

Very good coure

This course needs to be respected as keeping on the fairways provides the great rewards. The par 5s require a long second shot and landing in the first cut, can eliminate your chances of a low score. Greens have pace and they’re kept well.Lovely course all round and provides a great challenge for all levels

Lovely course but extremely slow play

The course is fantastic, probably my favourite in the Rathfarnham area. However, the pace of play was extremely slow on the night. We teed off at 5:50pm and we didn't finish until after 10pm. The two 4 ball groups in front of us were taking far too long over every shot and refused to let us play through.

Enjoyable course but too slow

Played Edmonstown yesterday evening with 3 friends. Staff were helpful and friendly, lovely golf course and maintained to a very high standard. However the round was spoiled by slow play ahead of us. We waited to play every tee shot and we eventually gave up after 16 holes and groups behind us walked off before us with frustration. It was a pity but maybe we were just unlucky with groups ahead

Beautiful course

Golf course was in excellent shape. The only challenge was walking, but I needed the exercise. It made the pints after that go down easy.

Decent

Run of the mill course. Nothing impressive. Burned Fairways and sandy greens were a letdown. I don’t believe it’s the greatest value for money.

Over 6hrs

Never seen the likes of this before, just over six hours to complete a round . Should see all the signage about slow play etc at the clubhouse. There was a comp. on but no excuses, they were out for nearly seven hours. Crazy stuff, 3 different groups on the 18th. & these boys starting marking the card on the green , very frustrating, hence I didn’t score on the last. Much better tracks & mgt available
