About

Holes 18
Type Resort
Par 70
Length 6340 yards
Slope 120
Rating 71.5

The golf course at Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis winds through a series of freshwater and coastal dune lakes, naturally making water a prominent feature on the course. It comes into play on fifteen of the 18 holes. Besides the shimmering blue waters, the golf course is accented by the tall pines that blanket the softly rolling hills. The strategic placement of the greens and hazards require some careful maneuvering and accuracy. The course provides a fair challenge that is made all the more difficult by the distracting scenery, which includes views from most of the holes that stretch to the Gulf of Mexico. Golfers who are short on time have the option of a nine-hole round in the afternoons. In addition to the golf course, Seascape Resort also offers a grass driving range and two practice greens.

Terrible course

The greens were all dead. When trying to put the ball bounced in between the dead grass and bare ground
Tee boxes were terrible also . Space dead grass. Fairways mostly dead also.
Wanted to ask for a refund but my husband wouldn't let me.
Pace was good because there was no one on the course. There website says lush greens and fairways. Couldn't be further grim the truth.
Definatley not worth any amount of money.

Never Again

Play here 4 weeks ago and it was at least average. Maybe it was the extended hot weather or the lack of rain/drought, but the course is now in terrible shape. I won't play here again unless I can do a drive thru, to check the conditions.

Course is in terrible shape

Played the course at 8:38 on Monday Sept 23, 2019. Greens or what was left of them were horrible. Burned up and bumpy. Fairways are burned and the tee boxes are mostly burned. Could tell there has no been much rain in the area as the lakes were almost empty. Would not plays till Spring.

Great Course for all Players.

My father and I have been playing at sea scape for nearly 7+ years now.
We've had some of our most enjoyable rounds of golf at sea scape.

No this course isn't Kelly Plantation but it can be just as difficult.
For an beginner moving up in tee boxes makes the course much much easier.
When you move to the back the course can be very difficult even for some of the best golfers in the area.

Staff is always amazing and accommodating.
One of the biggest pluses to the course is they spread the pairings up very well, so you don't run into many other groups.

The course can be enjoyed on a relaxing day with your father or if you want to have a competitive round with some friends.
If you come to the panhandle this is a great and fun course to come play.

Don’t waste your time

Course had an awkward layout and needs a lot of attention. Signage to direct you around the course is non existent , got lost between hole 1-2. Looks like they need to invest in a lawn mower and a weed eater. Not a single water station on the track. Greens were hard to put with lots of dead spots and very bumpy. Probably the worst kept courses I’ve played on in years! For a little more money you should play at Kelly Plantation or Baytowne.

Awful conditions

Green’s were diseased down to dirt. Fairways had lumps of grass clippings everywhere. Tee boxes are domed to the point that the ball is 8” above your feet while driving. Really awful for the money.

The course was naturally born terrible! Sand traps didn’t look like they had been raked in months, the majority of the tee boxes hardly had any grass on them and the greens were in the same shape. $60 for this course in the shape it was in was horrible! Highly doubt I will ever want to play this course again!
