Great course
Nice a narrow with a few long pars 4. Greens not ideal and very bobbly and full of sand but expected for this time on year.
Can’t beat it for the price!
Pleasant course; nice clubhouse
Nice course to play, not exceptional. Only 12 holes open however due yo wet conditions underfoot.
Well maintained & friendly course
Played at a good pace, course in excellent condition. Golf shop & members on course very friendly & helpful. Will certainly visit again soon.
I’ve course
A decent course which is well kept.
A bit of a free for all regarding tee times but in general a really nice course.
I will be back.
Spoiled day
Course was in good condition and play was great for 8 holes. Then, the heavens opened, after 30 minutes we gave up and left. Due to the Hot Deal no rain check or any option for replay.
Hard Course for beginner, even harder to get to.
The course is amazing, incredibly well kept and challenging.
Not the club’s fault but if it’s your first time getting there, it’s very difficult to access due to the housing development being built nearby which is poorly signed and google maps takes you down a road that has been closed.
When you turn off from the M4/A Road, make sure you go up Cot Hill, don’t go through the estate.
One ballers!
Members at this club must hate eachother, as everyone and their dogs are 'One Ballers!'
Nice Course well kept
Nice flat Parkland course quite forgiving off the tee , very impressed with course condition , greens were big and well kept ,
One downside i thought mats were in use on 10th tee i think
would definitely come back again
Not worth the trip
Got a chance to give this place a try and such is the disappointment that I've signed up to leave a review.
Positively speaking: the pro shop is well stocked with UA gear, unless you wear a large, then that's not in stock. And that's about it.
Negatively: the course simply isn't big enough. The layout is utterly appalling, greens and tee boxes are situated to close together. The worst of all has to be the tee boxes. The first 3 holes suck you in. Thereafter it's a mix of mats and 4G, neither of which can you tee up properly.
Utterly shocking, awful pricing - seriously who pays the £780 membership. You're better off cutting your losses and heading up the road to woodlakes or popping to woodlands near Bristol. Both are priced sensibly for what they offer above this club.
Very slow pace of play
Took 3 hours to play 11 holes on a midweek afternoon. No Marshall about. No response afterwards from the club. Player beware!
Solo player
Lovely course , they seem to work really hard to keep the course open and in good condition when other course’s are shut due to weather
Nice course but
It’s a beautiful course to play but sadly the winter tee boxes need a looking at as they are in need of replacing
Great course but unplayable.
Course was closed when we arrived pending a review.
We teed off 10 minutes late which was fine.
Tee mats are great.
Unfortunately there was so much standing water on the greens putting was impossible.
Will definitely be back but only in the spring or summer.
