Dunedin Stirling Links
About
Dunedin Stirling Links sprawls across 27 acres of lush, gently rolling hills dotted with tall pine trees and osprey nests. The golf course is located just minutes from Clearwater Beach and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. The layout is a traditional links design that is highly reminiscent of classic Scottish golf courses. The greens are small and well bunkered. They require a fair amount of accuracy, providing a challenging but fair test. Three ponds and a creek offer the occasional water hazard. In addition to the course, the club also offers an extensive practice facility that provides an excellent place to work on your short game skills. The facility includes a 24-station driving range, a large practice bunker, a 4,000-square foot putting green, and a separate chipping green.

Par 3 course
I didn't realize when I booked it online that it was Par 3. Also, since the Golfnow price was only 10% off their regular price, I paid more in the long run with taxes and fees than if I had just been a walk-in. Overall, very disappointed.
Not worth it
Played there with my wife and parents and on at least 6 holes my ball got plugged. my wife is new to golf and I was hoping this course could be good for her. On a good note the guy at the counter was very friendly.
Not a value
Pay the 30 to 50 dollars for a round of golf at a course with some integrity. Stay far away from this dump
Dunedin Sterling Links
This course was Mickey Mouse and not taken care of. We paid Golf now fees to play this dump. Never again. Hope everyone reads this.
Thanksgiving course
While the course was extremely wet because of almost eight inches of rain over the week and greens choppy, this is a great course to learn and work on your short game. The course pro is great and very hospitable. Took about 2.5 hours to play 18 in a cart because my dad and I were behind two groups in front could have been out in 2 and maybe less.
A Cow Pasture
This course has an interezting kYoht for a par 3 facility. The pdoblem is the course conditions are deplorable to say the leSt. My wife and i p, zyed it four ti es last year and decided to never go there
Again. The geens are the worse ever and tees as well. Fhe traps are just mud pits. The sides about and fronts of the greens have thick uncut grass and weeds with bumpy inconsistent greens. Honeztly, they would have to pay me to play yhere Gain.
Potential
Could be a nice par 3 course but needs a LOT of work.. Nice lay out but in very poor condition... Should shut for a season and get it right and the course would make money... Still had fun but very disappointed in the quality of the course...
Great beginner course
Great course for beginners. Our granddaughter had a great time !
Needs some TLC
Dunedin Stirling Links is a good course to work on your short game (extremely short game). The course had not been mowed recently and the greens were not in the best of shape. Water stands on the course in some spots. Ok course for beginners and juniors to work on short game.
first time
Even as beginners, we could see how poor the grounds were. Definitely needs work if they want to keep experienced golfers coming back.
Tee box and green need some maintance
Great place to practice short game, and golf car execellent conditions
STAY AWAY!
I only played this course because my wife has taken up the game and I was looking for something easy for her to play on. This is a very short and tight par 3 course that is OK if you are testing your skills with short irons. The greens are extremely poor riddled with weeds and in some cases nonexistent (Sand only),
Very poor value for $17.00. I would only recommend this course if you could play for $5.
Fair Par 3
Was hoping for a great little Par 3 course at an excellent price but unfortunately it lived up to the discounted price I paid. Not worth paying the full price for this course.
It had rained the previous day however there was plenty of standing water around the course. Granted most of this was between the tee box and greens, as we walked the course we had to jump over the puddles. A lot of sandy greens and just poor course conditions all along.
If you get to play for under $10 and you're really itching to hit some balls on a course, this may be worth your time. However I'd recommend just getting a bucket and hitting the range instead.
Disappointed
I booked this course for a 'hot deal' price of $12 a player for my wife and I. I figured it would be good way to get some short game practice on an early Saturday afternoon, without breaking the bank. Well, it was definitely quick, but I do not think I would play it again, unless it was a $5 round. The course was in rough shape, the greens were very small and elevated, so even if you hit it with a miracle shot, it was likely rolling into the surrounding overgrown and half-dead fairway. The greens were also patchy and not well maintained. The course had a confusing layout, many times requiring you to loop-back to get to the next hole, and not many signs to help guide you to the next tee box. Luckily we were 1 of only 3 groups playing that morning, otherwise I could see the course being very dangerous with stray balls. Our total price was about $30 for the two of us, and I did not feel it was a good value for the money. The kid in the pro shop was friendly. Overall, this course needs a lot of work in my opinion.
Fore!
This course is definitely not on my list of future places to play. It is a par 3 course but the greens are so close together that you feel like you are going to get hit with stray balls all day. The tee boxes are almost non existent and the greens are so small that they are barely there. We had a cart that worked after pressing the pedal for a minute to get going. Other than the friendly person working, there isnt too much to say. It may be a good course for some but i would rather pay a few more bucks and play somewhere else.
Par 3, only practice
This is a great walking course to get a little exercise and short game practice. Don't feel like playing all day but get a little short game in, this is your place. Greens aren't in the best of shape but over all you can get a little experience in. Not totally impressed but you need a few of these places to get a little training in.
Practice course
Not really for a serious game of golf. Ok for a short game practice.
Expensive for a practice.
very short, needs alot of work, very narrow fairways, sand traps needs alot of work
this course was not what i expected. not worth the money they charge, for the condition it was in. greens are very small, and fairways very narrow. sand traps have grass growing out of them, and not much sand. the only good thing i can say for this course is it is good for your short game to improve, or you will be yelling four alot !
Quick play
Some interesting challenges to your short game. Pace was very quick . Played 18 in little over two hours. Some tee boxes could use some work and some greens were a bit furry. Clubhouse staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would play it again especially before a challenging 18 to sharpen up my cshort game.
Not a good idea
Worst course played in Pinellas County. Friend's wife got a coupon online and thought it was a good deal. We played 7 holes and were laughing so hard we had to stop. The course was a joke. If you like golf there are so many better courses in our area, par three's included. The guy at the front counter was very nice and it was a sunny day; was the only good things we could say...
