The course is in the best condition ive ever seen it new owners clearly putting money into it bunkers greens tee boxes fairways sp good especially for the time of year.
Friendly & Forgiving
Was recommended this course by one of my friends as it has wide fairways and not many hazards. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, looking down over Dublin Bay from the first tee.
The course was challenging enough for my first round of golf, I didn't have to take too many long walks in the woods.. if you know what I mean.
The only downside was that there was a few lose dogs running on the grounds, as well as, oblivious tourists who would not only walk on the course but one group even had a picnic next to one of the greens.
The staff was friendly when we arrived and there was no issues with our booking. Shame we weren't able to have a drink in the bar after we finished even though there was staff inside.
