Course in rough shape
The course was pretty rough with a lot of sand and bare spots in the fairways. Greens were ok but the greens keeper must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed with the placements he chose (next to ridges on most holes) that made putting silly. The layout was nice but the conditions ruined what could be a fun course. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Needs work...lots of work
We were very disappointed in the condition of the course. Tee boxes, fairways and green are all in desperate need of improvement. We will not return until we hear that these conditions have dramatically improved.
Ruts and roots
Everything was cut fine but when I got golf cart 55 it had blown shocks and with the ruts and roots it was painful for my back.. Alot ot of the greens were bare and spotty and the holes seemed to be crowned like the tees .
Terrible Conditions
Absolutely nothing positive to say about this course.
1. Not green
2. Greens have clumps of crabgrass, burnt-out & sand filled
3. Tee boxes have no grass, uneven & severely chucked out. Hard to find an area to hit from.
4. Definitely NOT on our "will return" list
Goose grass heaven
Most greens are full of Goose grass as is the fairways. A lot of the teeing areas are bare. Bunkers are dirt which is much harder to play from then sand. I've played course many times and this is about as bad as it's been. It's a nice layout that has been better. Undoubtedly, the lack of rain this summer claimed another victim. Might try again in late winter. Enjoy
Very friendly club, course needs some money spent on it but otherwise enjoyable for my wife and I.
Course in bad shape
Tee boxes were mostly dirt and uneven. Fairways were so so. Many diseased greens. Cart paths were washed out in many places. Not to mention cart paths are always rough.
Grass needy
This is a great layout. It needs grass and less weeds
Courses in bad condition
Fairways are in extremely bad shape. T boxes in extremely bad shape. I thought lakeside was in bad shape this place ravels it.
