Great Staff & Challanging Course
Excellent Corse & Very Friendly Course. Food Great. Had a flat tire on the golf cart. But the staff got us another cart quickly and helped us change our clubs over.
wrong date
I clicked to reserve a tee time for Sunday but the reservation was on Saturday so I didn't get chance to play.
The tees are a bit stressed out
Several of the tee boxes are not that large and due to the wear, not much grass left. The tees also are a bit crowned so finding a level spot is challenging.
Fairways and greens were good.
A Must to Experience
Played here in Nov 2019. $35 with beer and lunch including. Little more pricer in the spring $73, but it was enjoyable so much we returned for a 2nd game. Friendly starters and staff. Greens & fairways in good condition.
Nice course to fine tune your short game. I’ll need more tuning, so I’ll be back.
Rainchecks
Thought we would go with another couple to play. The girls decided they were not up for 18 and played 9. The pace of play was painfully slow. Over 2 hours for 9 holes. The another couples husband tweet his back and only wanted to play 9. So we went to the pro shop to ask if rain checks could be issued. We were told no for the girls and myself. But a 9 hole pass could be issued for the back injury. And if I wanted to take it further I would have to talk to the club pro. Which of course he wasn’t there. So in hindsight I guess I would ask what their policy is. And that will be the last time for myself for playing there.
It’s a Par 60, tight course with water on 15 holes so need to be ready to play that type of targeted course. Decent course.
Poor management
It’s an executive course. Not bad but waited on every hole. Took 1 hour & 10 minute to play the first nine. Not bad. After playing 10, 11 & 12 in an hour and 5 minutes. There were 5 groups waiting to tee off on 13. We decided to leave. My husband told the manager and he was not apologetic, said yes that’s how it is. Will not be back.
Good for Practicing your Short Game
On an afternoon when we didn't have time enough to play a full 18 holes on a regular length course, this really fit the bill! It had rained in the morning, but the course had dried up pretty fast. 18 executive length holes.
Great place to practice your short game.
Fun course lots of gators
Played after heavy rain so can’t complain about the wet surface. Otherwise great course
Course and crew thumbs up
My first time at Cross Creek was a good experience except for the rudeness of some of the members. Check in smooth, but while trying to find the threesome I was assigned to, several members (per one or two apologetic employees) were loud and condescending insisting I was in their way. The starter was very nice and apologized knowing I was new to the course. Once we started, it was a really good round. Beautiful course, challenging for me, and really wonderful playing partners who were also members. I'd go again.
Mostly par 3's
Par 60 course, 12 par 3's, 6 par 4's. Water was in play a lot of the time and many holes had bunkers protecting the front of the green. Staff was excellent and pace was great, about 3 hr 15.
