Mond Valley Golf Club

The course was a very nice place to ho at a very reasonable price also had hire of a golf bug . Really enjoyed the course and would 100% go back again.

The course was in lovely condition but unfortunately let down by the greens not matching up to the course

The course is fairly narrow and relatively long on most parts, the fairways are some what inter-linked with crisscrossing at most holes. however the course is very beautiful to play and has lovely fairways. However the most disappointing part was the greens. Well you may as well be putting in the sand bunkers. If the greens were to receive some attention the course would be well up to a 5 star standard in my opinion.

Nice golf course and have played many times. Greens were spiked and fairways quite bare. Needs some growth. Always a very friendly golf club and a nice experience overall.

First time I have played here for 10 years. Lovely course. Well kept, some tricky holes but fantastic settings.
I played on my own and was behind a group of 3 who wouldn't let me play through as they were playing in a competition. I gave up after 10 holes and went home.
I would play here again, but as a three or four ball.

Great course, the layout is a great challenge and the walk is easy as the course is mostly flat. The layout rewards accuracy and punishes the wayward shots.
However, we had two encounters with unscrupulous members which left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth.
Firstly, a wayward drive on the par 5 2nd landed in the middle of the adjacent fairway… in plain sight. During the time walking from the tee box to the ball, a four ball of members had come down the fairway and the ball disappeared … a mystery, or not!?
Secondly, on the 17th; a tight part of the course, a drive into the first cut, when we approached the ball … a member coming down the 16th was searching for his ball, couldn’t find it, and covered our ball with his foot, when challenged “he didn’t realise” his foot was on our ball…
Disappointing too see such behaviours … especially amongst older members (all >60+).
Luckily such encounters didn’t ruin our day… and I sincerely hope other members at this club are not as untrustworthy.

Course in good condition, plenty of challenging holes and the advantage is that it is flat.

First time here everything is go fine and when I arrive at the golf course a member golfer chatting with me, feeling great, the booking was around 12pm no body behind me all the way finish the game, two older golfer I try too close to them I also want them to enjoy their game no rush I, enjoy the game guy not to slow not to fast the game guy gives other people a chance...... :))

Great course, better signage could be possible but that’s nit picking. Great couple of par 3s and for £13 you can’t go wrong
