Hidden Gem
I very much enjoyed my 1st round at The Hideaway. The course is in immaculate condition given our severe drought. Fairways, rough, greens all plush and looking great. Greens aren't the quickest you'll play, but the roll is true. The layout is interesting and alot of fun to play. The traps were also in fantastic condition.
The value for your money is very real here. Its a short course which should play quick. A new clubhouse is set to open in just over a month which will greatly improve the overall experience. If your looking for a fair price and truly outstanding conditioning, this is the place. Give it a look.
Course was OK
Course is in good condition, greens rolled nicely, shorter course and very tight with lots of water and condos on almost all holes. Played with a resident that helped with tee shot locations.
Be aware of the shotgun starts that occur 3 days a week.
Upkeep of course
T boxes excellent condition. Fairways in Great condition. Greens in good condition other than a couple in need of repair. Loved the layout for a Par67. Par5 Par4 Par3 even had 145-170 yds Enjoyed playing there will play again definitely before the prices go up.
Great Condition
Fairways like a carpet Greens in Goid condition. First time playing very affordable for how the course is in Condition place of play decent done a shot gum start my group being B. But pace of play got better after about Four holes. Would definitely play this course again. Looking at next week infact
A hidden gem!
First time playing this course, hopefully not the last. Pro shop attendant friendly and well stocked. This is a par 67 executive course, the length of the holes, the dog legs, many elevated greens and water that requires you to keep your balls on the fairway.Tee boxes 10+, ,green speed on the slow side(a few had some repairs in progress)the only complaint would be that a few more signs would be helpful.
Not easy
At 5200 yards you may think it's easy but unless you're a very good golfer shooting par will not be easy. Par 67 will be a challenge for even a single digit hdcp. Course was in excellent conditions with greens around 11 which is medium fast. Very subtle contours to them. Must be reasonably straight because water comes into play on many holes and some fairways drop off on both sides. Did get hot deal on golfnow but at anything higher it might be a tough sell with others courses in that price range.
Hidden Gem
Got there and went to the club house and help by a fine young gentleman in a Michigan shirt. Told me about my cart number and that it was a shot gun start. He was nice enough to get me a coffee.Great start! I join 3 nice gentleman and quickly started.to love the course.Greens and fairways were in great shape and you could see people love for the course as all divots were filled,Had a fun round and proceeded to lunch which was fabulous Thanks
Always a treasure
This course doesn't come up very much on golfnow and when it does I jump on it! It truly is a hideaway.
I had to call the course when I got stuck in major traffic from the veterans Day parade. They told me to be careful get there safe and they would still accommodate me... And they did. I missed a few holes, but played with the group that I was supposed to play with and they let me go out and finish my last four holes by myself! I would recommend this course to anyone. And when I was finished and went in for lunch it was delicious too. Service was a little slow after an outing and the girls don't know much about mixology but they did their best. I will certainly be back to golf there again!!
Your comments are very kind. Thank you! To improve your experience, we have just received new EZGO golf cars equipped with upgraded seats and USB ports to charge your devices.
