short but fun
this is a short course but requires attention on most shots due to water. fairways & greens were in excellent shape. pace of play was good . It truly is a hideaway in FORT MYERS.
Hidden Gem
Simply put the best greens I've have ever played! I've played numerous GC in my life I challenge anyone to say different.
Outstanding tee boxes & fairways too.
So good I'm joining their Summer membership program best deal for your money.
Hidden Gem is really Hideaway CC
Don’t let this par 67 fool you. Great condition all around, tees, fairways, bunkers and greens. Some of the the greens have major slope in them so stay below the hole. This scratch golfer finally shot par as the course length doesn’t determine the difficulty of Hideaway CC.
Play the back tees and bring your A game.
Course was OK
Course is in good condition, greens rolled nicely, shorter course and very tight with lots of water and condos on almost all holes. Played with a resident that helped with tee shot locations.
Be aware of the shotgun starts that occur 3 days a week.
Interesting Layout - Quick Round
In General the course is valuable.
Its on some holes tricky, Most of it is good to play. Even for high HCPs, this course is to play.
Only a few holes to play above water..
Most of the holes have been short.
The Greens have been in a good shape, only a few were Not good - some areas were not to use, but in General I would recommend this course - please have the good Price in mind.
Upkeep of course
T boxes excellent condition. Fairways in Great condition. Greens in good condition other than a couple in need of repair. Loved the layout for a Par67. Par5 Par4 Par3 even had 145-170 yds Enjoyed playing there will play again definitely before the prices go up.
Great Condition
Fairways like a carpet Greens in Goid condition. First time playing very affordable for how the course is in Condition place of play decent done a shot gum start my group being B. But pace of play got better after about Four holes. Would definitely play this course again. Looking at next week infact
A hidden gem!
First time playing this course, hopefully not the last. Pro shop attendant friendly and well stocked. This is a par 67 executive course, the length of the holes, the dog legs, many elevated greens and water that requires you to keep your balls on the fairway.Tee boxes 10+, ,green speed on the slow side(a few had some repairs in progress)the only complaint would be that a few more signs would be helpful.
Not easy
At 5200 yards you may think it's easy but unless you're a very good golfer shooting par will not be easy. Par 67 will be a challenge for even a single digit hdcp. Course was in excellent conditions with greens around 11 which is medium fast. Very subtle contours to them. Must be reasonably straight because water comes into play on many holes and some fairways drop off on both sides. Did get hot deal on golfnow but at anything higher it might be a tough sell with others courses in that price range.
Thank you for your recommendation!
