Very poor greens and tee boxes in awful condition

More suited to beginners looking for some practice to hack the ball around

Good Challenge

Played this on a GolfNow deal; €10, so pretty good value at that rate. First nine holes are pretty hilly and definitely a challenge for stances and ball position.
Back nine is much friendlier and in much better condition, especially 12-18. Greens were OK, but again 12-18 seemed to be in much better condition.
Fairways in good nick and rough not too severe. Good layout with a few nice doglegs, and a couple of the Par 3s were nicely designed.
Overall, a good course for all levels (I am 17 HCap), well designed, maintained and very scenic.

Super course

i heard a lot of stories about this course mostly bad, all about how hilly it was, what a load of garbage that was, I have to say there is a couple of holes that plays uphill , but you soon get over that, all I can say to the people who hasn't played this course is, GIVE IT. TRY, you will not be disappointed, wether you walk it or ride it, what a fabulous course, well maintained, excellent all round, very friendly staff to, il rate it 10 out of 10,

Underrated gem

A great course with a wide range of challenges. Tough greens, hard to read and fast for time of year/weather conditions. Beautiful quiet hillside location in a mature setting. Top half of course means a reasonable fitness level required.
Overall, I really liked this course, its for the golfer and not the driving range expert.
