Jack Frost National Golf Course

Had a late 4:30 tee-time for a twosome- not crowded at all.
We appreciated being sent out the back nine first, being told we would be following a single instead of two foursomes. After one hole the single drove back to the clubhouse, and we soon found out why. On the third hole we caught up to a threesome that were a deadly combination of slow and bad. Despite several chances to let us play through, they were oblivious, and no marshall came around. There was no one ahead of them, we waited on every shot and took 2+ hours for the first 9. On our second nine we were behind a foursome who were even worse and again no marshall. The round took 4:45 and we could have easily played in 3:15 if two groups had any understanding of etiquette or if a marshall had clued them in.

Overall the course was in great shape. Considering we have had such little rain fall this past month, the few wet spots were surprisingl.Love this course looking forward to my next round.

First time playing this course. Fabulous course, great conditions, great staff. Paid $59, would've paid over $100 in NJ for similar course.

Course is absolutely beautiful, challenging, and everything you can ask for in a public course. We booked the first tee time at 7:30am and got there at 7:00. They let a two foursomes out in front of us for no reason. Sent us out on the back nine saying there would be a gap by the time we came back around. We finished the first 9 in just over an hour and then got screwed because they constantly send people off the back nine to screw the pace of everything. Unfortunately, it seems like they’re just doing this for money. It is sad, the course is amazing but unless you wanna spend 40 mins per hole on the turn, play somewhere else.

First time playing here. Enjoyed it so much we went around a second time!

Long, wide and great layout. Hitting a good tee shot (esp the driver) a must otherwise it will be a super long day. Most of the Tee boxes need some maintenances.

Very well maintained green and fairway. Challenging but as long as you can hit the ball, very fun course to play.

Tee boxes, fairways and rough in great shape. Greens were recently aerated and bumpy, and some quality approach shots bounced off. But that’s necessary maintenance and a minor issue. Jack Frost is a spectacular course with wide fairways, challenging greens and beautiful mountain scenery. Every hole is uphill, downhill or slanted in some way. Plays long at 6300 yards from white tees. Very friendly staff. A real pleasure to play
